Michael Collins Windsor has used the ULC Monestary web site to promotte a scam involving a fake charity. His possible associates are Danny Mercer, Jeff, Martin, and others. His website “Divine Love Ministries” claims affiliation with the Church of God in Johnsville PA but none of the Churches of God in Johnsville have any knowlege of Divine Love Ministries or Michael Collins Windsor. The phone number for Divine Love Ministries is an unlisted landline number and there is no address listed for Divine Love Ministries In Johnstown PA. Michael Collins Windsor and Jeff Martin claim that teh website www.havenquest.net is a ranch and an organic farm, in Shanksville PA. there is no property listing under Michael Collins Windsor or Jeff Martin or under Haven quest or Divine Love Ministries. I have found many ripoff reports for a Michael Collins, there may or may not be a connection. I advise extream caution dealing with his or his associate as threats have been issued to persons questioning his or his associates validity

This is toally ridiculous. My name is Karen Hollister, I reside in Johnstown, PA. I am a mother of 3 and besides my kids and myself, my husband Steve we all attend Divine Love Church of God. We have been members there for the past 6 years. I don’t know who or what your game is to discredit our church but you are an awful man to do this. We do alot of charity work and we help alot of people. My husband and I both were baptised in this church and we have a very loving church family. I have no idea what this ULC Monestery is but our church is real and we have some great and decent people that are members. Shame on you for trying to hurt our church. I am one of the pastors o Divine Love Ministries,Church of God-Johnstown pa. which is the home church for the COG. I found this due to a memeber of our church contacting me attacking our overseeing Bishop Collins-Windsor. This is false information on our church and I as a pastor will take legal action against the persons who posted this if it continues. We do not ask for money we do not have a paypal on our websites. We only are sharing the Love of Jesus Christ through acceptance of all people. The person who posted this has had a personal agenda to destroy our church and our overseeing Bishop,all because he is a pagan who hates christians. It saddens me to see this happen but I as one of the shepherds of our flock have to protect it so the church will take this seriously and deal with ther persons who posted this.

And everyone knows that businesses use things like “DBA” and other things so property listings are unlikely to show the name he’s looking for if he doesn’t know what he’s looking for.
Michael Collins isn’t even the guys name, nor does he ever use that as his name. Martin Hileary makes up these threats that he mentions, in his own mind. Michael has NEVER threatened him or anyone else, nor does he ask money from anyone at all. I do hope that this Martin Hileary gets prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for his numerous accounts of slander towards all 3 of the above mentioned gentlemen.

Why, when you do a aerial view of the address for the Divine Love Church of God, does it shows a residence? Address given on FB is 629 Pine Street, Johnstown, PA 15902. What is the address of Haven Quest Farms? Why is there no address listed? Where are the 21 churches he says he is bishop of? Why, when you do a name search, themonastery.org, divine love ministries and havenquest only show up?

I trust the owners of this website will delete this lie on the accused. This was done out of spite and jealousy of a VERY DECENT man. Martin is the one that made this original post. He has confessed he lied but has taken no actions to have this removed that I can see. His lies on here are damaging to the character of the individual named and our church and pastors.

Martin I know I have only been around the ULC since the beginning of April, but there are many things I have discovered. When I became interested in the possibility of joining my church to that of the Church of God (Johnstown, PA) I did my homework. I have a very good sized church in NYC and that Real Estate was not cheap. Do you think I would have turned my church property over to an organization that does not exist? Before we voted to go with the organization I personally went and spent time with Bishop Michael, Jeff, their two sons over in PA. There are several guys that also live on that property both in the main house and several that live in their bunk house back in the farm related area. The young Pastor in training lives there as well. I spent several days with them and I visited the home church. I do not know what type investigations you did, but you were not very good at it. Now if they were scam artists or just looking to take take?
Do you actually believe they would have fronted my church a million dollars to get us out of our financial binds? And to top that they said pay off the bills and use the rest for the church. No loan, no formal papers, just gave it to us and I sent copies of receipts for what we spent the money we used on, to help with their records and books. Yes I bought a large building and have a hefty monthly payment on it, however, when we became part of that organization they took the note over and I know for a fact they paid the two payments that were behind and the past three and so they seem to be doing what they agreed to do. These are some of the finest and kindest and most generous people I know. And for what was posted by yourself and the one that was behind this with you, was cruel and you hurt a great many people. People who genuinly love God and wish to serve him. They are out there helping people that need help.
I know your other partner in crime has stated to many that she does not buy anything Michael says, but she is wrong and she is a liar. I also, and I will catch the devil for saying this feel she should have come forward and apologized. You apology while yes it was accepted by my Bishop? Was totally not sincere and I do know was brokered by Father Carl, Michael and yourself just to get you out of this legal suit the home church was ready to go with and I personally feel still should. There are 4 of the pastors that personally voted yesterday to go after you with legal action, but we will go with the majority vote and with Michael’s wishes. I informed him I was going to speak my peace as I am not the type man to be controlled in my actions. Us New Yorkers are not the type to just zip the lip.
You hurt a lot of people and cost Michael not only wasted time in dealing with this lie, (Which I hope you and your cohort got a great laugh out of), but you cost him $2000.00 in wasted legal fees. You harmed a ministry and you have not even lived up to your end of the bargain, there is no retraction on that site and that post is still there. Your half arsed excuse for a fake apology is appalling to me. You harmed the best people I know. And I pray God will have mercy on your soul. I am sorry if you and she seem to be jealous of Michael and Jeff and yes their property was amazing flowers everywhere and very modern farming and greenhouse business. I was in awe of what I saw.
But where you are in envy or just hate him over his beliefs, whatever the case is, both are wrong. These people shell out a lot of money and time to those that have nothing. They are feeding thousands 2 meals a day and ministering to the sick, dying, needy and those who seek spiritual support and worship. So your evaluations are way way off. I am ashamed of you to be honest to call yourself any type of minister.
Do I forgive you? YES I do, but I like so many in the ULC and pastors of our church feel you are getting off way to easy, so this little verbal reprimand you deserve. I pray you will seek God’s help in your thinking and you and your cohort’s truthfulness on these boards of your claims of attacks when you knew you did this as so did she.
At no time were either of you EVER threatened either. I read what Steven posted to your co-hort and I really hope she does file suit, we have proof she was in on this and many willing to testify to that affect, if the REAL truth comes out neither of you will be able to show your faces in the ULC. She told others and they told us. And yes I realize you were willing to take the blame over this and be the scape goat to protect her, which is a noble deed and gesture, but she who claims to be so holy and the “ONES WE ARE WAITING FOR” in my opinion I pray are not the real mccoy. The Lord I serve and those holy ones of old would never act the way you two do. I have you in prayer brother, you are in the wrong and you need God’s guidance. I am asking all of the praying ULC members and anyone that reads this, and even those whom do not pray to at least send thoughts of a positve nature in that they will find truth and the right way of doing things in life where no harm comes to others from their actions.

I am sure I will get a call this morning but to Michael I say this, you have done so much for all of us in the church and you ask for nothing in return. You took the brunt of this on your shoulders when it was unnecessary. Looks like Martin Hilleary who wrote this post, deleted his account in the ULC last night. I guess after the reprimand the ULC gave him and all of the members calling him a liar ruined him. This post was an out and out lie and anyone that knows Michael at all, knows this is a lie. Scamradar should remove this post and many of us are trying to get him to take legal action against Martin and this site for the lies told. What a crock. I am a member of one of the churches that Bishop Michael is head of and I just found this. I also know that there are many that are part of that ULC that HATE Christians, seems this is one of them. Our churches do wonderful work in helping other people and feed thousands on a daily basis. our church in Florida that is part of the main church up in PA help thousands on a weekly basis. Whoever this Martin guy is does not know squat about this organization or it’s pastors and members. I also find it funny this guy posts this mess then runs and hides when it is discovered. I have met Bishop Michael in person and this man does more to help other people than most have done in a lifetime. Sounds like someone is VERY jealous to me. I am a member of the ULC as a minister. The ULC has ministers and pastors of EVERY path, Christians, Wiccans/Pagans (as I am), Hindu, Atheists, you name it. We all try to co-exist as a family on the minister’s site as colleagues, even though our paths are different. I have not known Michael Collins-Windsor all that long, but he is a man of deep faith and conviction. He does NOT judge another for their path or walk or faith or even lack of faith. As a trial lawyer, when I was told about this post on Sunday, I took the necessary steps to “check things out” for myself. This man has done so much for the betterment of mankind and his community, than most people do in a lifetime. The allegations and accusations made above in the original post are without fact, proof, and through my own investigations are down right liable and lies. I feel he should seek justice in the courtroom, but coming to know the man as I have, I know his heart is one full of forgiveness. However, I am friends with Michael Collins Windsor and others that are associated with him. I have not once been approached for any donations for any charity of any kind on the ULC website by Michael Collins Windsor or any of his associates. I have been approached by Martin and Debra Tiption on ULC site asking for my alliances to have Michael Collins Windsor and J.W Stansell ran off the ULC site because of conflicts they were having with both of these men. I have witnessed messages, e-mails, postings as well as new members seeking me out with continue problems of harassing, bulling and foul mouth because these new members chose not to believe Debra Tipton is Mary Magdalene reincarnated. Martin has long gone from the ULC site leaving in his wake Debra Tipton to carry on their bad behavior towards others in conspiring to have a list of people that appose her belief removed. Yes, You guessed it correctly, Michael Collins Windsor is among a long list of targets, After reading this post one may feel the need of proof. Anyone is welcome to contact me and I can and will provide proof that prompted this post. Unlike these two can not seem to back this claim towards Michael Collins Windsor. First off there was suppose to be a church,but it never happened. so the leader kept telling people online, on this website which is a joke for ordination of any religion,that there was a church. I do not know what has been said but I want my name removed from all this because there was a number of cover ups and lies due to the main lead of the church. I am not going to get into the facts because I simply do not want brought back into this. But I will say there is no church in Johnstown. I have proof. Me and another left the home that the church was suppose to be run out of due to the leader being unstable mentally and covering up and lies told. I clear my name of all this.
