Michael Collins Windsor has used the ULC Monestary web site to promotte a scam involving a fake charity. His possible associates are Danny Mercer, Jeff, Martin, and others. His website “Divine Love Ministries” claims affiliation with the Church of God in Johnsville PA but none of the Churches of God in Johnsville have any knowlege of Divine Love Ministries or Michael Collins Windsor. The phone number for Divine Love Ministries is an unlisted landline number and there is no address listed for Divine Love Ministries In Johnstown PA. Michael Collins Windsor and Jeff Martin claim that teh website www.havenquest.net is a ranch and an organic farm, in Shanksville PA. there is no property listing under Michael Collins Windsor or Jeff Martin or under Haven quest or Divine Love Ministries. I have found many ripoff reports for a Michael Collins, there may or may not be a connection. I advise extream caution dealing with his or his associate as threats have been issued to persons questioning his or his associates validity

I have printed this whole thing out and will be reporting this to the authorities. First off, shame on the ULC for allowing such childish behavior. I have nothing to do with any of these allegations but I will say that yes there was suppose to be a church in Johnstown Pa. specifically in Hornerstown where Michael lives in an old yellow and brown barn style roofed house. No i did not do any of the things Ms Talyor accuses me of. I have many witnesses that will not be named at this time but will account for my residence at that house on Pine street. all we did was watch old tv shows and cook and we did have the online radio show but it was a flop. I helped out where I could around the house. I was going through a lot and Michael did help me out a lot. what was suppose to be for good turned out to be a spiraling whirl wind of lies and fake accounts and grand stories. the only one who was behind all of that was Im sorry to say Michael. He had his clever network of followers. I will testify any information as to what I know happened, If need be. I wanted a church in the area to help out with the community but Michael being the one who had the funds (supposedly) would never look into the vast old church buildings that had been closed in our area. I was so saddened and depressed and let down. This is not how Christians should ever deal with people. I’m not here to point fingers but what was done was done and let it at that. Sam wanted justice we all did. there are about 10 people that i know who knows what went on. we moved on and now live quiet respectable lives away from the drama and hurt. I am sorry I ever got into that mess but I did not truly know what was going on in that small back room of that old house on Pine Street. I was mislead and manipulated and vulnerable. I miss the times we had around the table especially holidays. I miss the old tv shows we would recite lines from. but I do not miss the double life that was portrayed in that house. we had to keep quiet those who lived there. I just want left out of this because I was victimized and slandered. let the proper legal channels deal with this. God Bless those who read this. let no malice come about but truth and peace.
I have waited a very long time for someone to confirm my beliefs. Thank you Sam! I was a very involved member of havenquest for many years. My whole family was involved with Michael and his MSN sites. I thought Michael was my friend. I never sent him any money. Michael played with my emotions. He claimed to know many celebrities including Leonardo DiCaprio, Ritchie Neville and Wil Wheaton. Havenquest on msn fell to peices after a racial comment had been made in a chat on the MSN group created for my son to make friends. After that I was accused by “some in the group” of being a bad parent amongst other things. Michael, you hurt me. Because of you I can’t talk to ppl online. One day there will come a knock on your door. You will see my face and know it is me. I was on to you. You were scared. That’s why havenquest ended. Thank you Sam for speaking out and for inspiring me to as well. Michaels games need to be stopped.
His real name is John Wayne Mosley, Jr. from Tallassee, AL and he is 56 years old.
I am almost positive there are warrants out for him in Alabama (Montgomery, Tallassee) possibly more.
You would not be the first ones scammed by him and if he is not stopped you will not be the last.
