Mr wong introduced as agent to us a buyer or refined sunflower oil.
We as sellers went to contract and agreed a sales and purchase contract. The contract contained no warranty for ” samples ” to be supplied.

However Mr wong DEMANDED sample be sent to the introduced buyer and that he as facilitator would settle the cost once invoice was provided.

Mr Wong was supplied invoice once goods were shipped by an international courier company.

Mr Wong has subsequently since realizing the original trade won’t complete as his buyer would not complete the sales and purchase contract has refused to pay the outstanding amount and has refused to acknowledge any email or call to re confirm settlement of the outstanding amount.

Please do not be pulled into mr Wong’s demands and take note of his deliberate default on invoiced amounts that are outstanding from him.
