    just got a email for a person / persons claiming to be fbi…….it says i won 2.4 mill $$$ on a on line ballot lottery…..it says to send 98.00 for transfer of funds …its from ..cotcnou,benin repubilc…is it a scam ?what do i do with the email? it says make payment to a henry ben ….what do i do?
