Euro London Appointments is recruiting on behalf of our client, the world’s leading provider of Cloud Procurement solutions, providing Software as a Service on a Business-to-Business level. They have international offices in Europe, America and Asia.
To expand the dynamic Sales team in Bonn, they are now recruiting for a fluent German, French and English speaking Inside Sales Executive.

Your new duties and responsibilities

Your new duties and responsibilities will be:

• Preparing statistics / analysis for the Sales team
• Invoicing suppliers (maintaining and monitoring)
• Developing new relationships and delivering qualified leads for Supplier Sales
• Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business
• Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
• Ensuring that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner
• Responsible for payment collections and interface for suppliers having queries about sent invoices
• Ensuring that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable
• Communicating the client’s goals and representing the client’s interests to the team
• Providing regular communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations

Required skills and qualifications

Your profile:

• kaufmännische Ausbildung or BWL degree
• Fluency in English, French and German
• A minimum of 1- 2 years experiences in a Sales support / inside sales role
• Ideally experience with B2B high tech sales preferred
• Ability to qualify potential customer leads
• Ability to meet or exceed goals/targets
• Proven communication and excellent organisational skills
