Watch out for South Coast Windows And Doors!!! Richard Smith (representing South Coast Windows and Doors) took $814.00 dollars from me on 8/25/07 to install windows. The man never showed up with the windows. He won’t take my calls and won’t return my money and won’t bring me the windows. Such behavior in my opinion constitutes fraud.

This guy did the same to me in May of 2008. I wished I googled his name and business then. I paid about $2000 as a down payment for windows, and never got anything. He continued to take my phone call until the last two weeks when my windows were supposed to come in. He cashed my check the following day I gave it to him. I even got his driver’s license when I paid him. I need to find out what I can do now. This is FRAUD. I do not want to pursue a small claims lawsuit b/c most likely I won’t see a dime. But I feel he should be picked up for a stealing or something. Sorry about your loss also. Wished I googled him before giving him a check.
I have been cheated by the same person for 4910/- dollars for the same scam of 50% deposit for vinyl windows. I have taken him to court as well. Now I do not know what to do. This person has a complete fraud history.
