when you order flowers they will sign you up to a program that is called Live Well and its is some kind of club that bills you every month for something but I don’t know what..tried to talk to a supervisor but got no where..I am on Social Security on a fixed income as a senior citizen ..I order flowers because my best friend sister passed..could barely afford them…ended up bouncing checks and losing my apartment because this Live Well took out $35.99 for a club fee ?????

I ordered flowers for a loved one and was pretty happy with the selection and price. When I received the delivery confirmation a link on the receipt said “click here to get a $15.00 refund (I assumed because the flowers went on sale the next day after I ordered that it was a courtesy). As soon as I clicked on the link, LiveWell page popped up and notified me I had just enrolled in some on-line health organization that would deduct monthly from my credit card.
I immediately wrote to them and let them know I was not interested in their products, did not sign up intentionally and believed that this was a fraud and scam.
They send me a confirmation that my “order” (which I never made) had been cancelled
Listen people you are causing this trouble for yourselves and for all of us. The only way to be signed up for this scam is to click on a sentence that says “GET $15 BACK” and then click on a big word that says “YES” without reading the fine print that says you’re signing your credit card information away to this company. It’s only the dumb, the lazy, and the stupid who would click on these things blindly without realizing what they’re doing, and its dumb, lazy and stupid people like this who keep companies like TLG*LIVEWELL in business. TLG stands for Trilegiant and they have already been sued, but stupid people keep clicking on these ads without reading them and cashing the checks they get from their credit cards without reading them. For every one stupid person who does this, that’s $15/month from their credit card that’s going to this company to keep funding more scams like this, which hurts the rest of us.
Here’s the email address of the person in the company to complain to.

FYI! Just wanted to let everyone know. 800Flowers is mainly a middle man who passes orders on to the local florist. You will be charged a FAT services charge thats supposed to included delivery. As a florist, I’m telling you that we NEVER receive the delivery charge! So whatever money they give us to make the arrangement, we will have to take OUR delivery fee out of it and whateer is leftis what we will have to make your delivery with. PLUS we over get 73% of the total order and the wire services and 1800 Flowers get the rest. They are a scam from the word go and are trying to put the local florists out of work. Do yourself a favor!!!! Only call local florists! they will have small serivce fees to wire your order out of town. But you will be saving yourself money and time and in most cases embarrissment from the large arrangement that you thought you were going to get. Best wishes
Always call your local florist you will be so much happier , I am a local florist for 30 years the shops that make your 1800flowers or pro flowers call a local florist in the town you want your flowers to be deliv. and you pay a lot more and get a lot less.
