Bought the complete set of carrol burnett show on DVD from this website in November 2011. I received very poor quality DVD’s that got worse as I watched the first show. The website promised a satisfaction guarantee. I sent the DVD’s back for full refund. Did not receive refund or response. In February 2012, I complained to two e-mail addresses located in the DVD box and on website. My MAIL DELIVERY SUBSYSTEM stated that both addresses failed! Do not buy any DVD’s from this website!!
