The Immigration department
Luna House
Dear Sir/Madame,
I am writing to inform you of a Mr Nathan Phillips who is attempting to seek British Citizenship.
Mr Phillip is a dangerous man and should not be allowed Citizenship or entry into the U.K.
Mr Phillips is/ was a real estate agent in St Lucia from 2007-2009, St Lucia being his place of birth. During which time Mr Phillips defrauded monies paid to him to develop homes for people especially from abroad. Mr Phillips was involved in a scam to steal monies from prospective clients using several real estate names: Tropic Isle Real estate (Rodney Bay), Caribbean real estate and Caribbean construction development croporation which we went into agreement with including several other people.
Mr Phillips still owes us $300,000.00 EC dollars and is on the run from St Lucia contacting the people he owes via email some times making empty promises.
Mr Phillips committed bigamy; He married a St Lucian wife called Yendy Johnson then married a Fiona from London a Hypnotherapist: Fiona discovered that Mr Phillips had been married before in summer 2009, he also stole money from Fiona. Despite the involvement of St Lucia’s CID Mr Phillips was never caught.
It appears that Fiona is back with Mr Phillips they are presently in the U.K and will be there for a week. He left Trinidad for the U.K last Thursday. Fiona we believe is intending to support him in applying for British citizenship. Mr Phillips speaks with an American/California accent and uses words like’’ Real time, No problem. Mr Phillips lived in America for some time. It is believed that Mr Phillips married several times while in America where he has children. It is also believed that Mr Phillips spent some time in prison in America for fraud. We dont know the name of the prison or the state at this point. The details that we have for Fiona is as follow: A studio flat near a quite road near Chelsea and Westminster Hospital with view of greenery at the back. Her landlady is a 76 year old retired G.P. we believe that Fiona possible uses the practice for her Hypnotherapist sessions. Fiona U.K number is as follows 07981228121
We filed a writ of Capias and several other documentation against Mr Phillip and took all necessary legal measures to get Mr Phillips arrested, charged or our money back but the inabilities of the St Lucia police to catch criminals has caused Mr Phillips to flee the island. Our lawyer put in border alerts but due to Mr Phillips cunning nature supported by paid port authorities he fled from St Lucia.
Mr Phillips we believe now reside in Trinidad and has a company in the Tuna Puna mall in the city and calls himself Paul Phillips. We are not certain what the nature of his business is but the number of the office is as follows. 1868 672 7780
Mr Phillips is known by several Names: Mr Nathan Phillips, Cleophase Phillips which is his brother. A name he has used to defraud people, David Phillips and Paul Phillips.
I have attached a picture of Mr Phillips including some documentation to support my letter.
Further information can be provided should it be required.
I will be forwarding this information to the metropolitan police.

Yours Sincerely
Elsa Lister Jones

This son of a bitch owes me money.

  2. Khamad, 27 June, 2015

Mona Khairi, did I meet you during one of the interviews? Did you manage to get your money back?

  3. Mona, 28 June, 2015

Hmmm I don’t think so. Did i interview you?
And no he hasnt given my money back

  4. khamad, 29 June, 2015

I did meet you, what a scumbag he is. Did you work for a whole month? or was it the training money only?

  5. bob, 22 July, 2015

Unfortunately he has been getting away with it as i believe that people here has reported him to the police, crimewatch etc with no positive effect. We need to do something about it. stay aware people.

  6. Gerry Gladstone, 20 August, 2015

I got suspicious during interview so searched the internet. Found this site by googling john + phillips + scam + wenlock.

I can credibly say that this guy will be meeting prospective applicant victims on Friday Aug 21 – 184 Acton Lane, Park Royal NW10 7NH

  7. Hazel, 24 August, 2015

I have been to the 184 Acton lane address because I had a meeting with his workers which I found out were all scammed by him including myself. I lost £120 but I feel sorry for the people who actually worked for him for weeks and never got paid which is way more money than what I lost. Some people I heard lost up to £900. I only found out he was behind the whole scam after I went to the address,
As I have only communicated with his workers. The thing I find weird is that he takes different amounts of money for people, it’s not a set figure. My friend told me that the reason he has been getting away with it is because he is a limited company and there are certain tricks and loopholes that can let him get away with stuff Scott free.
He was working under the name of “HR Corporation ltd” “Optus oakshire” “Optus management ” and “ but not them websites have been removed as of a week or two.
Note to self and others: never hand over money to any employment even if they do require you to take a “training course ” or something else. It’s better to walk away from the job no matter how good the job is or tell them to take it out of your first months pay.

  8. bob, 04 September, 2015

I got scammed by him lost £210 on a ‘training course’, was long-term unemployed and wanted anything. worked for a month from home, and interviewed other people for him but didnt take any money from anyone else. Have heard other people did, it shouldnt matter if he is a limited company, hes still breaking the law by promising people employment contracts, wages etc and not fulfilling them. in the end ive tried to forget the whole experience and make sure ive learn from my own mistake.
    call the police everyone!

  9. Borislav Ivanov, 15 September, 2015

Hi there. I am a victim of this fraud, too. I was invited to an interview at 150 Minories. The interview was held by Elina Lukas. After I was “approved”, a few days later, I was invited to attend second meeting at Costa Coffee, 86 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8QQ. There, Elina Lukas asked me to give 240 pounds to the JPD accreditation for level 3. After that, I went to 184 Acton lane, park royal for the result of some foolish tests I had filled in. There, Saba Hussain of Global associates met me. Now, they owe me the amount of 240 pounds.
I have reported the fraud to the police and hope these bustards to go to jail.

  10. zziou, 16 September, 2015

Anyone know how we can hack this wanker’s email:

  18. Kathy, 07 October, 2015

  19. jo, 08 October, 2015

DONT PAY! Kathy post any recent details of this scam here and report him.

  20. Dan, 16 October, 2015

This guy is STILL out there scamming people. I’ve just become the latest victim. He’s advertising false jobs on, claiming them to be on behalf of a company named Charter House Recruitment (who ARE a legitimate company, but have no record of the job I applied for ever existing through them. It appears that Nathan/John is using their name to add legitimacy to his advert).

The job I applied for was Student Registrar. Within a day of applying, I was contacted by a man named Manpreet Singh (who I believe to be Nathan John Phillips pretending to be the “Business Office Manager” at Charter House Recruitment as when I contacted them, they had no record of anyone named Manpreet Singh having ever worked for them), who invited me to an interview at the Pullman Hotel, 100 – 110 Euston Road, London NW1 2AJ, the following day. I was instructed to go to the lobby and contact a woman named Monique Maccow on 07555933264. Upon arrival, I called the number and was met by Nathan John Phillips (Now going by the name of Jon Fillips).

He offered to pay me £27,000 a year and informed me that i’d be working out of 2 main offices. One was Regus – 1 City Point, Ropemaker Street, EC2Y 9HT. The other was Avanta – 167 City Road, EC1V 1AW. He then told me that I needed to pay £40 in cash for a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service check), which foolishly, I did. I was, however, not the only one to do this. During the interview I witnessed a woman come up to him and give him £40 in cash followed by a man who did the same. These were obviously other applicants that had come in just before me who were also being scammed.

After the interview, I became suspicious, so decided to investigate Jon and that’s when I found this site. Everything sounded exactly like what i’d just experienced. When I clicked on the video link in a previous post, my suspicions were confirmed. The man in the video was the same man i’d just met, Jon Fillips.

I immediately called the police. They took my details and said they would investigate the situation and take the necessary action. I also called Action Fraud, who said the same thing.

Unhappy with the fact that I was £40 down and facing the inevitability that the police and Action Fraud would most likely not catch Jon, I decided to attempt to confront him myself and demand my money back.

We’d arranged to meet via e-mail ([email protected]) the following day at his alleged “offices” at 167 City Road. Fearful that he wouldn’t show up, I attempted to intercept him an hour before our scheduled meeting by going to the hotel he’d been scamming people at the previous day. Unsurprisingly, he wasn’t there. I reported what had been going on to the manager of the hotel, who was very helpful and said he’d call the police to corroborate my story and review the CCTV to try and identify Jon.

I then went on to the meeting place at 167 City Road to try and catch him there. Again, unsurprisingly, not only did he not show up, the offices he’d directed me to had no record of anyone by the name of Jon or Nathan Phillips having ever rented office space there. They’d also never heard of HR Corporation Ltd (the company name he is now using).

The only other person to show up for the meeting was a prospective “co worker” i’d been introduced to the previous day. His name was Ash. After speaking to him, I learned that he’d been scammed in exactly the same way. He was the man i’d seen giving over £40 in cash to Jon during my interview. I urged him to contact the police/Action Fraud as well and also to post on here to help raise awareness and prevent this from happening to anyone else.

As a last resort, I tried to call Jon on the number he’d given me, which was 07586841751. There was no answer.

So that’s it! Game over. I lose. All I can do now is post here in the hope that if any prospective victim of Jon has become suspicious, they can read this and get out of there before it’s too late.

This is the best video I could find that clearly depicts what Jon looks and sounds like:

If you come into contact with this man, DO NOT give him any money for any courses or accept any job he offers you. There is no course and there is no job.

Jon, if you’re reading this, you’re a piece of shit. Your existence is dependent upon the misery of others. Fuck you.

  21. HK, 14 November, 2015

    Hello all,

Very frustrating to read about your terrible experiences with this evil imbecile. I was almost unfortunate enough to get scammed by John Phillips however, thankfully I realised what he was up to in the last minute. I reported him to the police and they took him to the station, I provided all the necessary evidence and it was apparent to all he was a scammer. Unbelievably he was released and managed to scam more people. Everyone please contact DC Cordell on 07738503816 (, who headed the investigation.

  22. Kareen, 19 November, 2015

Hi all, I too have been scammed by this man called Jon Fillips. I applied for an admin assistant through reed.. I worked for him for 3 days at the regus office in liverpool street. I got an email before I could start my 4th day at work stating that they had no work for me and advised me to go on comission and work from home.. I emailed back and said I no longer want the job and this was on the 14th october. I am still trying to get my pay plus the £40 I foolishly gave him for a DBS check.. I’ve sent a couple of emails and they just keep prolonging the whole thing.. I sent an email out today to [email protected] and now emails aren’t going through.. Also sent one to [email protected] and that email is no longer working. I emailed an admin email address and got a reply basically prolonging it all again.. Now finding out all of this today that hes a scam artist, I guess I won’t be getting my money.

  23. harry, 30 November, 2015

unfortunately the police has not been able to do anything to keep this individual off our streets, as he has been released on more then once. What we can do is to post all his current information of his scam and make sure the any potential victims are aware.
Post any information that you may have and let REED and Regus know that he is using them for illegal activities once again.

  24. LC, 04 December, 2015

    Hi All,

I have also been scammed by this guy called John Fillips and Tamas Drenyovszky.

This guy Tamas Drenyovszky he called me to do a interview at Location: 100 – 110 Euston Rd, London NW1 2AJ, Pullman Hotel on Friday 13th November. Then he told me I would be contacted if I’ve been selected on the panel the job. They advertised this job on indeed as Customer Service Advisor for a Jewellery company. Then Tamas Drenyovszky contacted Monday 23rd November to tell me about the selection panel and been accepted the job and if I was willing to course, which is £180. I was like ok I will pay only £100 and signed the contract on Tuesday 24th November at 11:35 at this Location: 26 Finsbury Square, EC2A 1DS, near Liverpool Street station and Moorgate Station. Then I told him I didn’t have the money to pay for all the course so I obviously paid £100 and I said I would pay £80 on Friday 27th November and gave me a start date for Monday 7th December. That Friday I went to go and meet this guy John Fillips at Pret at Manger in Victoria and he refused to speak to me so I spoke to his assistant, the assistant told me that the company didn’t have a office yet I was like no way I though to myself this is definitely a scam I did not pay the £80. So I said to the assistant I need to speak to this guy and ask all the questions about the company he refused to explain and talk to me. Then he said these are all the people that passed the practical to start the job on Monday 7th December, I told him how do I know you are not scamming me. We was like we don’t work like. The way he was lying it’s unbelievable.

I told you definitely scamming me. Then told him I need my £100 back. He said to contact admin on this email, [email protected]. It has been nearly 2 weeks and I don’t have my money yet. The SCAM COMPANY is HRCORPORATION AND ENTRYHR.ORG. They need to be stopped if I catch both of them on the street I don’t know what I would do. Filthy tramps and scammers. Why lie young people like us!!!! It’s Wrong!!! Please someone catch him.

  25. LC, 04 December, 2015

Then I stupidly quick my old job and NOW I AM UNEMPLOYED!!!! Because of them mean people

  26. harry, 28 December, 2015

Do we have any up to date information as to where he is currently operating, we know that he has used REED and Regus in the past to scam people. Sometimes is in the Liverpool Street area. If anyone could supply his current whereabouts and report him to the police as it is the only way to catch this piece of work. Continue to post information of his whereabouts and any recruitment websites he may be using to help the next person not fail victim to this piece of work.

  27. Anonim, 06 January, 2016

I just recently got scammed by these 2. I invested 300 pounds that I now know for sure that I’ve lost.

Same procedure, got interviewed at Pullman Hotel by Tamas, met Jon Fillips at another place and then things just did not move forward. I advise anyone reading this not to give them any money. Be very careful

  28. Gina, 06 January, 2016

I’ve just received an email from EntryHR out of the blue and as I was suspicious did some research and found this site. Thank you for the heads up and more details.

When I got the email it was thanking me for applying for the role of Project Manager (which I hadn’t) and wanting to meet me tomorrow. They said role was based in ‘Belham’ and I can’t find a Belham! There is Balham in London so not sure if they meant that location but I’m not looking at London anyway. As this clashed with another appointment, I wanted to contact them to let them know, however, there was no telephone number on the email or their website. Their website also isn’t showing any available jobs, which as a Recruitment agency, I thought it would.

There is an address listed and checking Google, I saw there was a pub next to their reported address. I spoke to a very friendly man there, who confirmed that there were offices there, with flats on top. He said he wasn’t sure what the companies were but all seemed to be on computers. He did say the people from these companies come into the pub and are very friendly. Not sure if EntryHR is one of these companies or giving a false address, or could have a friendly persona.

    Details are:
    20-22 Wenlock Road
There’s also no listing in LinkedIn for this company, nor the person who sent the email.

They wanted me to meet at: 24 Greencoat Place, London which looks very residential!

Looking further, HR Corporation is also listed at the same address above but has an additional mobile of 07593 535436. I’m obviously not going tomorrow and have spammed this email address but wanted to update with my info.

Is it worth contacting the police? Are they looking into this? Happy to follow up if it’s worth doing.

  29. Gina, 06 January, 2016

I also meant to say that I’m really sorry to hear all your experiences and how you’ve lost money. I appreciate the updates you’ve all given, so that I was more aware that this company is probably a scam

  30. Mazza, 07 January, 2016

I think its time for positive action.
If we knew where the meeting are being held or what offices they are interviewing out off then we should write letters of complaint to the lease company’s.
Maybe disrupt some of the conference meetings they have at the hotels through protest meetings
I think there are enough people that have been conned by these crooks to make an impact. Raise awareness through the press.

  31. Abdullah, 15 January, 2016

Don’t worry guys Allah will deal with him. For indeed Allah is the most just and will not let a wrongdoer triumph Insha Allah (god willing)

May Allah guide him or break his back.

  32. Dan, 20 January, 2016

I had the same situation, I received an email from and I went to the interview at the Pullman Hotel (Euston Road). He told me about a CIPD course and i paid £150 because i told him i wasn’t going to pay 300. I have a contract with his signature. It happened around 6 months ago. And today I have received an email from ·Entry HR Company ( about “Assistant Accountant”, and the interview will the at the same hotel. So it is the same shit, but i don’t know if John Fillips will be there. Anyone have an idea about it?

  33. Frank Talk, 21 January, 2016

    Hi Dan.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. I have tgwo lines of advice for you. Attend the inerview, if not too late. If you are interviewed by John Phillips do your best to advise everyone you see that day not to pay any money. If you are not interviewed by him direct the person interviewing you to this site as they may not be aware of the scam. Advcie that person to take wahtever they have i.e. paperwork and all correspondance to the police. Good luck.

  34. John, 29 January, 2016

Sadly another victim, paid £120 the other day after going through the same process others have mentioned above, anyone getting job offers from ENRTYHR.ORG it is a SCAM!

£120 i wont be getting back, going to report to police but not sure what they can do about it, it seems people keep getting away with it.

  38. Jamaal Sterling, 23 February, 2016

Count me as the latest victim of this so called “job” opportunity that I was offered. Attractive benefits, pay, working conditions. I was hooked, line and sinker.

Had two different interviews with two “lovely” ladies. One black lady called Gaille Ndanga, and a white lady by the name of Egle Vilimaviciute, with one more lady whom took my first instalment of my £120 I was charged being Georgia Charlambous. Not sure if I spelt that right, then again I doubt any of their names are even real anyway. How those women sleep at night I’ll never know..

Anyway “Gaille” took my remainder of my £120 instalment and the accreditation was “paid”. Never questioned it at all. Though I did ask if they accepted card or cash in the beginning. So the deal was done. The “accreditation” was paid and I received the fresh “package” and “receipt” via email.

Then I went through a stage of “meetings” and “practical sessions” which sort of baffled me. Because there were no practical sessions with gaille. I’ve met her in practically 4 different locations around town and simply consisted of silly questionaires on a sheet, emails sent to me to fill out, photo ID and all that jazz.

One thing I was already a bit bothered about was why I was the one to be constantly asking where I need to meet for the next meetings. Why did I have to constantly press for important information? Why couldn’t I reach gaille for the majority of the time? Bit unprofessional but thought whatever. Was still hooked by this point…

So the second to last meeting with gaille I received an email which was during the questionaire part. I think it was from the admin by the name of Tamas. It said “due to their requirements”, they have offered me a better position of HR admin. A better offer from “admin assistant”. Was still hooked at this point, but with reservations. It stated that they needed another £120 for the upgraded accredition fee. I told gaille about the email and said I was interested but I didn’t want to part with the second £120 and that I will start off with the basic job.

So, I reiterated that stance on the final day I met her on Liverpool street to pay the second £120 last friday and she called her boss. She said that was fine. They rearranged my start date which was supposed to be the 15th of Febraury.

From that point on, they’re emails were half-hearted at best. They knew they were not seeing my second £120 again. I was pressing for information of my new start date, unsatisfactory answers. The once “well written grammar” Tamas once posessed was turned into broken effortless English, just to keep me sweet and sound. I guess according to them “any email to the candidates is enough”.

So when I finally had enough of the half-arsed backing and forthing, I sent a not-so-nice email to the admin
How Karma’s a bitch. I told them keep the £120 they thought they were clever. Surprise surprise, their “effective career development plan” admin has taken over the show, emailing me that my prestart date was amended to the 24th of febraury. Knowing that its still bollocks, I was curious to press him for info. My workplace and building I am based at. Reply? Utterly irrelavent drivel. “Accreditation deals with quality, qualifications deals with ability to do the work, without accreditation your employer will not be able to put you to work”. Saw the email and was I was done with it all….

Until a friendly collegue I haven’t met yet dropped some needed information about this lovely John Phillips bloke, who kindly takes poor unsuspecting victim’s money that they do not even have in the first place and wipes his bluddy arse with it all day in his stinking flat…

I’ll follow along with it though. I’m supposedly still in their good books, so I’ll come into the next prestart for the laughs and boredom. If its tomorrow the 24th or god knows when. I’ll be reporting it aswell.

    Stay far away!!!

    Your’s truly, Jamaal Sterling.

    Age 23.

  39. Jamaal Sterling, 25 February, 2016

Seen as I can’t delete existing comments posted, I would like to update. I would like to disregard and apologise what I said over my interviewers. They are as much as a victim as I was. I am more learning every day that I was going to do their job aswell and that they were left out in the lurch of their management as I myself was of the employment process. I only just found out much more of the truth from yesterday well after I have made my last comment.

  40. a victim too, 25 February, 2016

    Dear all,
I would like to take this opportunity to clarify a couple of things with regards to the man who call himself Jon Fillips and his criminal activities.
Being one of his “employees” myself, I can guarantee to all his victims that we are victims too. We were led to believe that it was a genuine employment contract and that we were acting in accordance of the current law and regulations. Until recently, we did not realise that this man was a crook.
When I mention that we were also his victims, I refer to the fact that:
    1. We were not paid for months of works
    2. We occurred expenses that were never reimbursed
    3. Our reputations became tarnished as a result of HIS actions
    4. We provided him with all our personal information and are seriously concerned due to the nature of his character
I would like to emphasize on the fact that we are fully cooperating with police investigations and we have now ceased any dealings that we previously had with Jon Fillips.
If you are aware of his whereabouts, please feel free to contact me on the following email address:
    [email protected]
I can now confirm that the police and the immigration services are aware of the matter and it is being dealt with as we speak.
Thank you to Jamaal Sterling who tried to make things clear in his lat comment(39).

  41. Jonny—–, 29 February, 2016

    Hi all,
I think I may have unfortunately joined the ranks of people scammed by this. They seem to be using the alias “premiere employment” in their contact emails but the website still links to the aforementioned
They took £40 from me last Friday after an interview at the Pullman Hotel at Kings Cross in London. I began to grow suspicious after they didn’t send me over any further details aside from the contract I was handed. Now they have contacted me asking to attend another meeting tomorrow as opposed to the pre-arranged 4th of March. Thank goodness I stumbled upon this when looking up their supposed agency. Thanks for all the helpful information above.
The lady who contacted and ‘interviewed’ me goes by the name of Elena Shkunova and has been contacting me on different numbers since our original correspondence. Avoid this at all costs! If anyone has any more helpful information, feel free to send me a reply.

My advice is to attend this interview and to show the interveiwer this website. As we have seen the interviewer is not aware they are working for ths scammer swo point this out to them. Maybe with your help they can take what they have to the police and put John Phllips behind bars.

    Hi all,

I have just been scammed by this guy, he has take £480 pounds off me…
i just looked at this website and seen what he has done to soo many others.
The company is called Premiere Employment Company. I am so livid right now….I have filed a police report and hold video evidence of him as I recorded him on my phone after I saw 20 passports and 20/30 credit cards in a corner. I am not sure who’s they were?

    Lets stop him NOW>>>>

People we have not been able to catch this guy as I have been scammed by this person, from the previous comments made here, we have reported him to the police but been unable to get any where with it. WE WANT HIM OFF OUR STREETS!! very dangerous individual.

It’s sad but i don’t think we can do anything. The police don’t seem to treat it as high priority. We just have to let this guy get on with his scam and let other poor souls suffer.

I have recently been scammed by this man, he told me that I would be working for him but when I saw that everyone working in the team had different names and company emails, I became a little worried.

I haven’t been paid or had any of the expenses that I paid out refunded to me and I am now having to look for a new job as I am a single parent and can’t afford to be out of work because of this man.
