I am NOT involved with Warner Daniel Enterprises …… BUT ……… I have certainly ran into this same game (actually , somewhat a scam) before ! I say somewhat because you can make money by buying names and mailing the booklets out and if someone buys one of the booklets , then and only then do you make money.
I would say they are scammers because in their recruiting letter sent to your home they mention NOTHING of purchasing names , nor selling booklets …….. they led you to believe that simply by putting booklets together you can make X number of dollars a week……that is a bold face lie. They are actually a company that for the most part Sells Names for profit ……. and let me tell you ,…….. the same names they sell you have been sold and purchased by many others before you (the same names they will sell you) The $49. fee is to recover their expense of postage , stapler and materials because they probably will NOT send a refund no matter how many times they print the word guarantee
My Advise : Stay Away From Companies That Lie to You From The Very Start.
(and Warner Daniel Enterprises lies about how to make $2500 weekly by not telling you , you have to purchase names , buy your own postage , and sell the booklets) It can be done but your profits will come out to very small margins compared to your purchase of names , postage and waiting time for purchase results.
Ive used this program. Its no scam. Ive been paid several times for my mailers. Its actually one of the few legit companies ive come across. I dont know if i’m gonna get rich, but i have made some real money with Warner Daniel.
The way I see it is, if a company wants to hire you for ANY kind of work to be done at home they will not CHARGE

They promise a Home Worker $20. for every booklet (17 pages) that the Home Worker puts together and mails out. You do the math ………. In their recruiting letter they claim a person can make as much as $2500. to $3500. + a week !
The letter says NOTHING about the fact that you need to purchase names from them in order to do the mail outs. Names get expensive and are for the most part worthless because the same set of names are sold to others at different times.
What kind of money are you making with Warner Daniel , Steve ??? You see , they are not selling booklets , they are selling customers on the idea of the opportunity to do mailers and I know that’s true. Do you really think they would recruit Home Workers and pay them $2500. + dollars a week if that kind of money were possible ?! They would do the work themselves. No they design some half-ass lying letter and target desperate people for the most part to sell their Mailing Opportunity. Look at your recruiting letter Steve and then match that to the money you’ve earned minus the work evolved plus the purchase of names………. I bet you are making pennies on the dollar with their lying promise that you can make more if you just keep at it. They are scammers with just enough truth in their recruiting letters as not to get sewed and attract people who only look at the money they think they can make and not investigate the bull sh’ t

I just recieved the same letter yesterday. I too am wondering if this is to good to be true. I could not find anything about the company on line, that makes me a little worried. If this is true, why is everyone not doing it. They did have an address on the letter. I would be very interested in doing this. I would take an extra $290 a week. If it helps, I ordered this twice. The first time I chose not to do it, and they refunded me with no questions or problems. Im glad I reordered it though. They always send a paycheck, Ive been pretty surprised to be honest.

Another $210 check today that I did NOT expect. Not sure what else you people need to know. I don’t understand anyone who worries over spending so little to possibly change their lives. They refunded me once like I said. Take a chance and if it doesnt work, at least you know they do give your money back

Just for peice of mind, I have asked the BBB to do an investigation and report their findings. I am not for sure where threatening people comes to play when serious questions are being asked. Take your immature behavior elsewhere and let people find out the information that they are looking for.

For what its worth, i have made a profit using this program. In one month I made $1900 and could have made more im guessing if i had worked as much as i had planned but my granddaughter took up a lot of my time. Just saying this does work, it has for me and the company has given me no problems

I also rec ieved a letter regarding MAILING SPECIAL LETTERS. I decided to look up Better Business Bureau and this report on Warner Daniel came up. I am so disappointed. I really need the money this promised to help out with bills as I am laid off work permanently. My unemployment ran out & I took early retirement to have some income to pay bills and have been looking for something to help supplement my check without having to ask for food stamps to buy food. My letter says to stuff envelopes and to mail them back to them. I am so confused. Thanks for listening.
I recieved another letter today from Warner Daniel Ent. about putting booklets together. There’s a refundable fee to get started and you are paid in advance. I’m not sure who the booklets are mailed to or if stamps are part of the deal. I sure wish I had more information on this. This would be something I would like to try. YES you do have to purchase names from them (that’s how they make more money off of you) and YES you will pay for the postage which they claim you get reimbursed when you receive your checks…… in actuality the postage comes out of what they pay you. Word of caution : This company is not totally honest and up front with you in the letter you received (I know because I received the same letter). I throughly investigated this company before I took action on their offer. Marg , let me ask you a question ! Why do you suppose your asking questions about this offer of Daniel Warner Enterprises ? I just received something like that only mine is stuffing mail. I want to believe because i,m out of work now for five months. It sounds good , but a bell goes off for me when they give you options on how to pay it offers cash and we all know not to do that. I was unsure if the name was real and whole thing really.It turns out that I couldn’t find Mendham,NJ 07945. There’s nothing wrong with trying new things I just want to find something that is honest and not out for my money or lack of. let me know what you think.
I just recieved a letter to make booklets. I am a bit nervous about doing this but I have spent more than the $49 they are asking for on other things and was scamed. So if I get scamed again so be it. I just want to make extra cash to pay off some debt faster. I just wish they had a phone number to call to answer some questions I have. i have recieved a letter in the mail..today and it says get paid $2500 for stapling booklets together for a get credit now thing…..im not sure its all right because 1. it doesnt have the persons signature locking the letter to its full agreement and two it didnt leave a number for contact….what should i do?

I think it is too good to be true, you can’t find any information about the business on the internet, phone information, or through the Better Business Buearu. If this was really a way of making money then why do you have to pay money to make money that makes no since. Ok, I’ve read all of the comments, and I’m not here for an argument. Everyone has a great point; however, I’ve been a representative for two well known beauty companies (we know who they are), and I had to pay money in order to receive my ‘supplies.’ So the $49 is not the issue with me. My thing is, how much more money do you have to put in? I had to do it with those beauty companies, but they are reputable companies. I think the question that everyone has is basically, how does it work? To keep saying, “I made money”; “I got my check”; isn’t enough. There has to be a contact person somewhere, and if not, why? I have the same questions as everyone else. Can someone (the money makers) just be up front and honest on how it works?

I didn’t ask anyone to ‘sell’ the product. The company is listed under Scam Radar; and it’s on the Rip Off List’s website. So, whomever feels these listings are inaccurate should contact the company and let them know. Rip Off has a rebuttle that can be posted, and I noticed no one has answered.
One thing thats typically true is people only bother to post negatives, but if you look at this, nobody posting negatives has even seen it, never mind bought it. This is my first post here. Ive used Warner Daniel for almost a year, and made money the whole way through. I have to agree about the differences between people here. On the one hand, you have people like us who didnt waste time with ridiculous questions, and just bought it. I made a mistake in my last post. I was correct in the first post above. I have used this particular program just under one year, not two
I’m with David on this. The whole time people who have been creating comments on this site have been asking for information regarding this offer. The only feedback that they get is that “it works.” I think people are looking for more information than, “it works.” I could sell a car to someone and tell them that it works and then they would find out that the car is a complete lemon. I think proof such as canceled checks, settlement sheets etc etc would really help people believe what folks like Sal are trying to sell. People should start to realize that folks like Sal are just here to help Daniel Warner by acting like they have used the program and that they have made money. I would love to be proved wrong but that would require someone like Sal to man up and provide some solid evidence such as a canceled check and something more then “it works.” But he won’t do that because he can’t because there are no canceled checks, the program is a lemon. Until that time where information is provided to help people understand the program and to give them some hope that it isn’t a scam I would encourage each of you to not waste your money. Just think about it, you have been asking people like Sal to help you out and give some information about his experience only to receive replies like, “it works” and “spend the $50 and try it out.” He hasn’t provided reasonable answers to your questions and comments which leads me to believe that he is, like I said, someone that has been asked to come to these sites and tell you that “it works.” Think about it folks, why won’t he give you straight answers…maybe it is because he doesn’t have them. I sent my $50.00 in about 4 weeks ago. I received 50 letters to stuff and mail. It did say in the small print, they have to receive 50 letters back before you get paid. So after that I paid another $50.00 to get 200 letters, which I mailed out the very next day which would have been 2 weeks ago. I sent them my postage receipts which added up to $133.00 plus bought my own envelopes as they say I will save money that way. I so far have not seen a dime. I am still hopeful since the checks are made on Wed that I might have something in the mail today. If I don’t I will let you know that I was a desperate disabled person that was screwed. But if that is the case, my brother is a well known attorney and would love to bust them for taking his little sis money. I did it without telling him or he would have said NO!!! I have received four of these recruiting letters from what I thought was from Warner Daniel but three of the four I have received did not come directly from WDE (Warner Daniel Enterprises). Which with all the blabbing going on in Scam-Radar and what I discovered from the three letters that did not come directly from WDE , I suddenly realized what’s going on.
When I took a closer look at the 3 recruiting letters that did not directly come from WDE , I discovered at the bottom of the letter where you fill out the Registration Form to send in with your $49. there is a code # with initials and numbers already hand written in …… I never thought about it but it dawned on me what people are doing ……… here is what I discovered :
People send in their Registration Form with their $49. ( or $99. Or $199.) and what they receive in the mail is these same recruiting letters . Follow me on this ……… what you get back in the mail after you’ve sent in your $49. registration fee is printed form recruiting letters to send to people to recruit them , same letter form used to recruit you. And you get $10. ( NOT FOR EVERY LETTER YOU MAIL BUT FOR EVERY PERSON THAT RESPONDS WITH A $49 REGISTRATION FEE)
Recruitee’s stuff the envelopes with recruiting letters (same kind of recruiting letter that they were recruited with) they purchase names and labels from WDE ,
put their Code # on the recruiting letter (code # keeps track of how they get paid)
They purchase their own postage , send them out and in return they receive $10. for every letter that responds with a $49. registration fee.
All this is , …….. is a recycling of a recruiting letter , $49. registration fee , …… you get 10 bucks for everyone recruited , Warner Daniel keeps $39. and makes more money off you because you have to purchase names/labels from them
I have three recruiting letters with different Code numbers hand written at the bottom of each form. The other letter I received just last week is actually from Warner Daniel itself. It’s a four page (front and back) colored print and it has no code # on it’s pages ……. which simply states that WDE is actually competing with it’s own recruiters. In doing so WDE gets to keep the whole $49. fee and they save themselves 10 bucks a pop.

I just received a letter today and am looking into a homebased business. My question to those of you that use it, How does it work? Trust me when I say I am not trying to get into a name calling event but if you are going to promote this why not tell interested people how it works? To answer by saying it works and it’s only $49.00 is not an answer. I would love to make extra money to pay off bills but I need to know what I have to do to make it work. You won’t sell a cell phone and tell the buyer it’s only x amt of money and it works would you?

The answer is simple Phyllis. Nobody cares if you use it. I sure dont. We all use it and it makes us money. Therefore, wanna make money? Then buy it. Dont wanna make money? Dont buy it. Simple. Secondly, my brother decided that he wanted to figure this out on his own because he was getting a kick reading the bashing going back and forth and really so have I, so he went ahead and paid the money to get it started. This was about 6 weeks ago and after about three weeks he finally received the material but also was required to pay for addresses that he was supposed to send the mailers to. I think he had to pay $100 dollars or so. So he went ahead and paid and received some addresses after about a week. He then sent out the mailers and two weeks have gone by and he hasn’t received a dime, nadda, nothing. We are both beginning to think that he isn’t going to receive any money at all. He basically wasted about $150. IF and WHEN something changes then I will keep you all posted. And like you have all mentioned in your comments, this is the feedback that you are all looking for right, not “it works,” or “I don’t care if you buy it,” or “its only $49″ which it obviously isn’t. If my brother gets a check I will send a link showing the check amount and give you all better detail on the whole process, BUT….I don’t think it will, HENCE what I wrote before this paragraph. Lets hear it for Jeremy. Another one who posts a small novel about something he has no experience with. Do u know how to read Jeremy? I said all info you people asked for is correctly stated in their material. Why the hell would I write all of it out when its in the letter you have from them? Maybe not everyone makes money, i dont know. I know that I have and the other folks on here have as well. All you do is mail out letters. That is the job in its entirety. Theres not much else to say. The company has sent me a check reliably every week, and each one has made a nice difference in my life. I dont make much in real estate sales these days, and this job, which I had no faith in at the start, has really come through. If my own brother was down to his last nickel, yes, I would tell him to buy this.
I do know how to read my friend and I do have experience with this. I think it is you that doesn’t know how to read. I think I said that I have been working the program with my brother following his every move. So yes I do have experience. And the material that we received wasn’t complete. It didn’t say that we had to pay for additional materials which we found out from throwing in the first payment. This is the kind of information that these people are looking for. I also think that people want to know if everyone is making the money or if some people aren’t. This is the type of information that people need to know before spending their money. I am the one that is being honest. I am just telling it how it is. Like I said, if he gets a check then I will post that he received a check. If he doesn’t then I will let everyone know that he didn’t get a check. I am happy for you that you got a check. I just don’t see why I am able and willing to show everyone the check, if we get it, and why you aren’t willing. Be a kind fellow and show people the check. What do you have to hide? OK folks, here is my update to the test that me and my brother were conducting to see if this was a scam or not and to provide all of you enough information to decide whether to take part in this program. About 4 days ago I posted some comments stating that we had been waiting two weeks for our first check after doing the program. Four days have gone by which makes it about three weeks since we should have received our first check or at least two weeks because I would say that one week is sufficient enough for WDE to send my brother his first check. Anyways, we still have not received any money and my brother requested a refund like the mailer stated was possible and we have not received any response. The unfortunate thing is that there is no other contact information to get in contact with WDE to aid us in either receiving the check that we are supposed to get or a refund. I think it is a little early to request a refund because I want to give WDE the benefit of the doubt and maybe it takes four weeks to receive our first check, but my brother insists on trying to recoup our money which I can completely understand. So as of now we have done what we were supposed to do and we haven’t received a check or a refund. It is looking to be a lot like a scam. We have followed all the instructions and done what the program has requested to a “T” and we are still moneyless. Any of the people out there, that have said they use and receive money, want to assist me with some information: Samuel, Melanie, Steve? I am not looking for you to bash me. I am looking for some other contact info or anything….

I received the letter in the mail today. It really sounds to good to be true. And if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is from my past experiences. Anyone that can give me some concrete material that I can see that there is some true evidence that it is real e-mail me at sethmol@hotmail.com. I just don’t have extra money to lose at this time. I’ve been on unemployment and would like to be working and I don’t believe in making thousands a week but a decent paycheck $400-600 a week would be sufficient enough money for me to make a week. Just wondering if any of you have bothered to put the address into a mapping program? bing actually shows the address to be in the center of a grassed median, next to several office buildings. Accounting for the cars in the parking lot and the size of the sign out front, I’d say you have one car belonging to an office within one of the buildings. One guy, one scam, who might even rent an office space, but still…If 20 people fell for it and sent him $49 a month, he could afford to keep the office going and then some. He wouldn’t even have to actually put a live human being there to make this work, just a mailbox for the money to collect in. Sounds like the perfect unlawful job to me.

I get lots of letters like these and I always check up on the companies. Frankly, I have been scammed before and you can’t get your money back and like all of you I need to make some money preferably from home because I too am disabled.I have run million dollar a year companies before I got sick and this letter is a lie. The four people who say they have made money, still can’t intellegently answer questions asked to them. Just name calling and it works. Why is there not a contact number? Not until there 2nd check? Someone said. What legitimite company does this. It obviously doesn’t work as easy as the letter sounds and no one has made the thousands it claims. They have probably sent thousands of these letters out and my letter says $69.00, I gaurntee you thats where there main income comes from; I did something similiar and bought names and made nothing. If it was as simpl as they said and you could make $5000.00 a week everyone would be doing it. To all of you calling us stupid for not wanting to lose our money.For all we know you work for them and you could answer questions or give the phone number? If it sounds to good to be true it proably is!

Received this fake-arsed letter today. How the f%#@ did they get my name? I’ve never associated myself with any company. Especially one that no one has heard of. There’s no company name on their letter, no phone number to contact them with, and certainly no letter telling me HOW the “program” works. I want to call them and b$@#% slap their faces, but they don’t have a phone number or website ANYWHERE ON THE INTERNET. That’s pretty damn suspicious.

Those two people who are claiming that this works could very well be employees or the masterminds behind this scam. One is saying it works and is being intelligent about it. The other guy is saying it works and is being a big A-hole to make the other guy sound more like he’s telling the truth.
Remember these things and DON’T SEND THEM YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY:
1) They didn’t give you a SPECIFIC PERSON to CONTACT.
2) They didn’t give you a PHONE NUMBER.
3) They didn’t give you an E-MAIL ADDRESS.
4) They don’t have a WEBSITE on the INTERNET. What BIG COMPANY doesn’t have a website? Obviously, one that DOES NOT EXIST.
5) Under their RETURN ADDRESS, there is ====NO NAME====.
6) Under that same RETURN ADDRESS, there is ====NO COMPANY NAME==== when they claim to be a BIG COMPANY.
7) They have NO TESTIMONIALS (not like you’re supposed to believe them anyway).
Don’t believe them. Scammers pry on our financial insecurity and will use those 5 seconds of you thinking that their “program” will work so they can take your hard-earned money and get NOTHING in return.
I was doing some research for a job posted on Craigslist by an employer of the same name. I came across this site and have read all of the posts. This was truly enthralling. David, I have to let you know that I also enjoyed your heckling and I thought you did a great job asking questions (which we all knew would get no answer). I find the banter between Steve and David a little annoying-Dave, you started it. Steve suddenly stopped talking and then they brought out Michelle, then Sal and Melanie. It is strange that Steve and Michelle both said that comment about “walking past you being homeless they wouldn’t give you money.” They all talk aobut “its money” and how they “got their check! Yay!” Melanie’s first post is negative. When entering a “conversation”, who immediately starts out WANTING to be most hated person in the room? And you all basically just gave everyone the run around about the money being taken out of their checks. Yes, they still get a check, but the supplies are taken out of that and are not an upfront expense. Given some of the situations the other posters have described themselves in, $49 is a lot of money to just throw down the drain. Who spends that on beer and pizza? Maybe a family of 8. The tone of all of the characters was completely the same and all had the same message. Why is everyone else wasting their time but you: Sal, MIchelle, Steve, and Melanie(Same person)-are not wasting yours?
I knew before I even read the whole posting, it was a scam. Right before I left to join the Air Force, I received a similar letter that actually TOLD me to send out more of the chain letters out to people and ask for money. Any of these envelope-stuffing companies are scams. If your family really needs extra money, there are other morally right things to do such as babysit, sell produce from a garden, knit, horse manure, recycle cans, clean houses, etc… I hope those that really need money find something else to do instead of handing money over to “someone.”
Flor, I received a letter from Maxwell Gates Enterprises as well. Maxwell Gates Enterprises was named as the Program Mananger. What corporation is so stupid that they mistakenly (wink, wink) name the Enterprise as the Program Mananger? The adress on the letter is in Succasunna, N.J. 07876. Look it up for yourself and see what you come up with, but the envelope w/ no return adress is from North Texas Dallas. Steve, Melanie, Sal, Samuel, oh and don’t forget Richard. Which one of you is from Dallas mailing out scam letters? Don’t call us names because you are waiting for us to send our money to MGE and WDE. $39.00 to them $10.00 to you from the poor suckers who trust your envelope stuffing, booklet stapling mail fraud. John they got your name off the list that they brought with there ill gotten gains. The same list that you will also have to buy with unsuspecting folks names on it if you sign up with either of these companies (not certain, but beleive they are the same) People generally only get to the name calling stage when they can’t get what they want, which is your $49.00 so they can pay out the $10.00 they promised. For those of you who are still waiting, sorry you lost your money. Steve, Mel and the rest of them can’t pay you because we are on to them, thanks to this sight and David. Steve, Melanie and the other ones pushing this nonsense, Greed makes you overlook common sense. I was looking for something for my kids to do to make some pocket change if this did not go over on kids 14 & 16 what makes you think this makes sense to anyone other than the desperate? For those of you operating in survival mode always ask for a second or third opinion on this type of thing. That’s what this site is for. Keep searching and good luck to you pass this one up.

I just received “the” letter today 2/28/2011. Mine is stuffing envelopes for $10.00 each. They will send to you, envelope, letter and labels. It first says postage is free, then later in the letter, it says postage is reimbursed so it is free. It says, the fee will be added on to your third check. All you have to do is stuff the envelope, that they send, with the letter they send, paste the label on and mail it out so you can receive your paycheck. In one place it says to mail it to them per instructions, and in another place it says to send them out. If you don’t send them back to the company, how would they know how much to pay you or if you had even sent them at all?

Mendham, NJ 07945. The same address was on the envelope, but no name. One of the things I find weird is that, this has been going on for so long. Among other things. Like the people making money wouldn’t tell exactly what it was that they had to do. Anyone making good money at any legitimate job is usually all excited to tell someone else all about it. How easy it is and how much they make for little or no work. Anyway, I am going to turn mine over to the Police too, but of course there won’t be anything they can do about it. Maybe they can at least warn people around here about it. By the way, I am clear out in Sweet Home OR. That’s a long ways from New Jersey. It also seems like shortly after the first of the year 2011, it changed from Warner Danils Enterprise to (my letter anyway) plain ol Maxwell Gates, No enterprise to it. But it does have the same address and same “fees” for each pay group. Well just thought everyone would like to know, that it’s still making it, and is clear out to Oregon now. I just got letter today from Warner Daniel, Ent offering me the opportunity to put together booklets and offering to pay me $20 each. Give me a break!! I don’t know how anyone could fall for this one. I do hope those who are putting these letters out somehow will pay for their deeds. Anyone who thinks it’s ok to make money off people who may really need to work at home or supliment their income by trying to find ways to make money at home needs to do some serious soul searching and stop.

General rule of thumb–if it sounds too good to be true, there’s a 98% chance it is so always make sure to get the company address,/phone/contact name–it could save you.
That case is faulty. The man they name was the old owner. The old company under him did not sell these programs. They sold mailing lists only, not business opportunities. Mailing lists are perfectly legit to sell. A million companies are in that business. You’ll see them go after the current owner soon when they straighten out their info.
I have read some of these posts and I have seen where people keep saying they make money. I hope that is happening for you all. What I have not seen is where any of the people making this money will ever address a contact phone number or website to contact this company. The letter I received was from Maxwell Gates but has the same address as this Warner Daniel. I am all good with this being legit if you guys say so, I just would like to know where I am sending my money and why I cant pay by credit card. I would never send cash in the mail. I am not a fan of sending a check either and who the heck buys money orders these days? Anyway, If anyone out there that swears this business is legit can send me the phone number or email/web address, I would appreciate it. Please dont think I doubt you, I just need a little more information before I am able to part with $49. I am a stay at home UNEMPLOYED Mom of an 11 month old. I cant part with $49 if I cant prove to my Husband it is for real.

Well folks, I would tell you that these operations have been around more than 20 years. Many variations on this theme, some passing lists by cutting the last name on the list off the paper, then adding yours. It is sort of a scheme, you can make money on it, but only by bringing in more people. That generally fits the definition of a “Ponzi Scheme”. I am an unemployed person who has looked at hundreds of these “opportunities”, participated in one or two. About 15 years ago I got a warning letter from the local postal inspector, about possible criminal charges if I did not cease and desist.
There are better ways to make money than drawing in more unsuspecting poor people. These “oportunities”, are in a legal gray area, and who needs trouble with the government. I would avoid anything that says it is a job, but asks you for money up front. Once again, real jobs do not ask for money up front: Not even in selling cars or insurance. Better ways to make money, I’m just sayin…..
One other thing that should be a dead giveaway is the postal stamp. Look where the letter is from, and generally it will not match the address on the inside. I don’t want to rain on anyones parade, folks I have lost hundreds if not not thousands on these “opportunities”. You are seeing a lot more of these “opportunities” because the economy sucks and they are preying on peoples desparation. There are real “oportunities” out there, but PLEASE be careful, thats all I ask.
