NFHC = SCAM
www.notforhumanconsumption.ca
I placed an order for an In Stock item on May 20th. After contacting the company to confirm receipt of payment, I inquired as to when the order would ship. I was assured by a Spenser Molnar that the item would go out the following day. I contacted the company after a week, to be assured the order was on “back-order” and would ship on April 19th. I have sent several emails since, none of which have received any response. DO NOT USE NFHC

I placed on order with them on june 10th, I received confirmation that my payment was received and have not yet received my order. I sent numerous emails since, Opened 2 help tickets on their site, called them and left a few messages, and tried to reach them on MSN with no response. I filed a claim on paypal which they never responded to.

I have been a customer at NFHC since they have opened and have never been dissapointed. Recently, Spenser did go on vacation and the orders piled up. That happens now and then with him, but he always makes it up to the customers.

In my opinion there is no excuse for simply not staying in contact with your customers. I got my money back through paypal, no one ever responded the the dispute.

I wouldn’t recommend them, I now know I’m not the only one who has had issues and has not received orders from them.

I ordered 4/28/10 with conf delivery of pymt . After numerous calls, emails, trouble tixs etc. I got one response on a text with a promise of phone call to me. Alas no call. The Internet complaints are piling up and last week NFHC spammed everyone with a 3 for 1 offer to the fools who can’t believe that this site has gone full scammer. Now the site is down. Yes we know that there are those of you who used this a-hole in the past and got greAt service , but the present reality is not the case. This is a full scam site now. BewAre if it ever comes online again. But I doubt it will.

They scammed me too, i filled out many scam reports on different sites to screw them right back :) after doing so i got an email from him saying he was going to give me my money back and ship me the product, he assured me he would take care of it. i responded back with it sounds good to me, and yet its been 2 months and i never recieved anything, not a refund or shipment. This site is a complete scam.

    A birdie once told me:

Spencer did get arrested for sale of psychedelics in January 2009. That’s 20 months ago. The idea was to sell them until he had enough money to start NFHC and move to a completely legit company. It was illegal but he didn’t feel it was morally objectionable, Spencer has since learned one important lesson: Do not break the laws of any country.

The news article quoted here about numerous warrants and attempts to evade is sensationalized. He told the police he had no drugs on him so he was ‘evading’ his warrants were for unpaid tickets.

Unfortunately selling illegal drugs to raise capital quickly to start NFHC didn’t happen. 30 thousand in legal fees later he started the company on borrowed money and hard work officially in March 2009 after suffering from 2 months of depression. (Spencer eventually got sentenced thirteen months later in February 2010 to 2 years conditional sentence / house arrest and 200 hours of community service.)

Things were going good although he kept having disputes with his web administrator : Jason Boudreault. Spencer also did actually suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome, as well as some other ailments. Life was stressful for a motivated man trying to find his place.

Eventually he hired Jason to do work for him while he recovered, still dealing with the insane and ever manipulative Jason Boudreault. Jason H did a decent job but it was by no means perfect. This is the reason for so many peoples upsetting posts about lack of service etc.

Spencer put many hours and tons of money and all of his passion into developing the company culminating into an idea for a system to better handle orders and make good on all his clients. How he treated his clients throughout much of his business is what he was known for and was the reason so many people bought from him.

As it goes, Jason boudreault took Spencers money and led him on for 5 months showing almost no finished work or updates and routinely manipulating whatever he wished. Spencer was helpless as he did not yet have someone else he could trust or the capital to invest in his own server.

On May 1st 2010 Spencer was arrested on a breach of conditions for being out past curfew. He spent 40 days in jail. At which point Jason H began doing all the work at NFHC while still going to school full time.

During this time and at numerous other times during the history of NFHC, Jason boudrealt would extort Spencer into giving him money by limiting access to the website or shutting it down completely. There was nothing Spencer could do and he worked vigilantly to work with Jason Boudreault, even allowing him to live at his place of residence. While Spencer was in jail on the breach Jason Boudreault shut the site down and disallowed Jason H from answering emails. Over $1000 was transferred to Jason Boudreault that month yet the “problem” was never “fixed”

Upon Spencers release on June 10th 2010, Spencer purchased his own server on a private line and attempted to have Jason Boudreault move it over and finish the work Spencer had so graciously paid him for.

Jason Boudreault would not cooperate until the 1st of July when Spencer through the help of a friend had Jason boudreaults supply of opiate narcotics interrupted. Jason becoming very sick did almost whatever Spenser asked for. This at the time seemed like a most peaceful resolution and although spencer was depressed at the thought of inadvertently fueling a narcotics habit in a once friend and business acquaintance he was happy to have his business back and functioning.

A dispute over control of the domain name and other issues arose and Jason Boudreault called the police and fabricated a story in order to have Spencer arrested with out warning and placed in jail where he was up until tonight, August 31st. 13 days.

During this time, Jason boudreault, using some of his left over access gained full control of NFHC and sent out a broadcast email announcing new payment information and a 3 for 1 sale which ended in 48 hours.

Spencers parents were able to identify this and track all of Jason’s emails and fraudulent business. Due to their limited knowledge of computers and the inability to reach Spencer (Calgary remand is 22 hours a day lock up, so even a phone call is difficult) it was not until Friday that they shut down the site and began alerting all the potential customers who had made or were intending to make orders. They also alerted all payment processors.

No one other than Spencer, not even Jason boudreault, police or otherwise have ever had access to files or customer lists. NFHC does not keep any thing on record and does no violate any laws. They do not ship Controlled Substances to the U.S or other countries. The broadcast email that was sent out was done using the encrypted system which stores only email addresses.

The police have been alerted to the fraud and have been working with Spencer on his terms to build a case against Jason. As well as prove Spencers innocence in the allegations brought forth 13 days ago.

To those that are still owed product from NFHC: If you purchased and had sent money to Spencer before 13 days ago, then he will surely make it right and make it up to you. A place to contact him is being set up at this moment.

If you were a victim of the recent sale, then Spencer will try his hardest to work with you to make it up to you. He knows personally what it’s like to be the victim of such things and wishes such not to fall on anyone.

If you are a resident of Canada then he asks that you help provide evidence against Jason Boudreault and his girlfriend Cassandra Keller in order to bring this to justice. If you are a resident of another country you can also help in this although its understandable if you wish not to, as not all countries are like Canada.

NFHC understands the importance of privacy and will respect that right. It’s your choice.

This message has been written in most alacrity so please excuse any information that is missing or any lack of syllogism.

It’s a terrible situation however those involved should not fear any unwelcome law enforcement involvement. No sale of controlled substances has ever been made through NFHC.

Spencer prides himself in his integrity and he does mean to prove it to you all. Let this be evidence for the power of human triumph over evil and a view into the ugliness that can darken even the brightest of days. Hope is the strongest of all human emotions.

Respectfully submitted on behalf of NFHC.

John: I found this on another website as an explanation for what happened at NFHC . This is a re-posting of the info. I still got ripped off & doubt I will ever see my money ever again. MeToo!

    Someone… who isn’t me;)
has ordered off this website, It took him awhile to send the product. had a feeling dat-we might have gotten ripped off, but about a month later a package in the mail. The website seems to be down.
Sorry for all you who haven’t received yours.

  11. Me Too! on January 9th, 2011 2:43 pm

Wizzy, did you read the thread above before posting? Try it next time , it does not take that long. You would know the whole story of the website then. Your post adds NOTHING to the months old discussion of what happened to Spencer & NFHC.

  12. Wizzy on January 9th, 2011 2:45 pm

I don’t have time to read it all.
I just felt like putting my input in. I ordered off the website, and got my package. My post is just against the headline which says ‘NFHC = SCAM” because, I personally ordered off it, but haven’t been scammed.

  13. Zinzibad on February 21st, 2011 5:08 am

Hey guys, like most of you I made an order and it never came, I hade mad previous orders and they had all be pretty good appart from slight delays here an there which you get anywhere online orders of any product are made. I too thought I’d been scammed until Spence came back on msn and told me the story, he offered to send my order as it was pretty small. He did so and it arrived. Spence is still a top guy and just as much a victim as any of us. I hope everything goes well for him and all you guys and that he can make some sort of new website to continue selling his great shit.
    Peace brothers.
