236trade CO $ Yanglin Trade Co.

In Dec/09, I came across the albibaba website and came across suppliers for designer stuff. I checked B2B websites like made-in-china & sulekhab2b and seen they were gold members and certified for a couple of years.

I added them on msn and spoke to a Jackson for a couple of weeks.

I showed my friends the website & they were really interested in buying stuff too

I collected 700usd and paid them via w/u, 3 days later, got a tracking # that actually worked. It arrived 5 days later. Everyone was satisfied with their orders, we decided to submit another order 4 January.

In total everything cost $1611usd, and with w/u fees, it was $1800cad. I refused to give them the MTCN, until I received a tracking # so they sent me a pic of the UPS waybill. I was satisfied & gave them the MTCN. A week later, I received a tracking#, only to find out they electronically sent them the package info that needed to be picked up or dropped off to the UPS Centre.

Feb 2/10 – UPS tells me, the tracking # I provided only shows that the billing info had been received, but no package was in their custody.

I contacted Jackson, and said UPS manager was on holidays & Chinese New Year was about to begin, but they will investigate further cuz they swore they sent it.

Now it’s MAR 8/10

-They claimed it was held by HK customs, then Canada Customs
-They claimed they sent it & could not re-send it cuz they would lose more $$ in sending double the products by sending twice the shipments. They asked me 2 send them more money for shipping. $100usd/package.
-I Contacted UPS several times, again the package wasn’t in their custody & there’s no protection for receivers of packages. Tracking#s should not be given to ppl if theres no packages in their care, in my opinion
-They claimed if I came there to report them to the Putian Police, they would do the same to me but I had explained I didn’t have a storefront, it was just my friends and I who ordered stuff for ourselves, or as gifts
-I’ve gone a week without any responses at one time, when they finally messaged back, and their excuse was that the assistant didn’t know how to handle my complaints
-Now their asking for my friends and I to submit another order and they will compensate by giving us 20% off until the 1600 is repaid
-I contacted sulekhab2b for help because made-in-china and alibaba had already removed them from their websites cuz of suspicious activity, but a lady named Veena wasn’t any help at all, she sided with 236trade, because they were 3 yr gold members, she believed they had sent it, even after I gave her the fake tracking# showing, the shipping message had not changed since Feb 2/10. I contacted sulekhab2b head office in India and USA, they said they will not be held liable for the scam/fraud
-I contacted the trade arbitration that handles contract laws – the lady there told me, I didn’t have a contract with the company so they could not protect me, but advised me to search for a lawyer in China, even though I have pages and pages of email correspondance, msn history, and proof of my payments to Jinsong Chen and Guoying Lin
