My husband’s grandmother was scammed from this same guy on 3/10/2010 for $2,600.00 Also sent Western Union to some Jerome Ram in London, England. It’s so sad that these people can scam the elderly.

The person’s claimed to be a Srgt. Eric Matthews from Hudson Police in Quebec.

There is no such thing as the Hudson Police in Quebec. Hudson,Quebec is too cheap to have its own police force, leaving its policing to the Provincial Police, the Surete du Quebec. Those lard-ass donut-eaters at the Surete du Quebec would NEVER be so pro-active as to call anybody…when my mother was scammed of $35k they wanted HER to come to THEM, 25miles away, age 85 and in a wheelchair, rather than come to her to take a report. The only organization in Canada lazier than the SQ would be the Canadian National Railways Police, whose force takes bribes to let the Russian mob access the railyards and help themselves to cars that they can sell overseas and the owners here claim on the insurance.
