A Solid Gold Sound Non-Payment For DJ Services Performed : Scam Artists!!

I have been waiting for payment for a wedding I Dj’ed on 9/12/09 and still have NOT been paid. After numerous calls to the company I get nothing but excuses. The company has changed phone numbers 2 times in the last 2 weeks and has reportedly closed up shop in Edgewood,KY and re-located about 20 miles north to somewhere in Ohio.
The company has received complaints from several Dj’s/videographers and several more brides/grooms who have been ripped off by these criminals.
They contact Dj/videographers who post ads on Craig’s list and usually the event is only a few days away. They then
don’t bother to pay them after they’ve done the gig. These scam artists must be stopped!!
