it seems that this company who claims to process credit card payments ..with holds merchants funds for no apparent reason..i have been trying to get my $3000 for months with no luck . The person ive been dealing with Nivea Kapoor does not return calls and when i finally speak to her she stalls …will call me back..never does ..it seems that this company tries to steal funds from merchants..hoping they dont notice..as far as i can see i am not the only one..a google search will turn up other merchants who are in the same situation..DO NOT PROCESS THROUGH FIRST DATA..YOU WILL BE SORRY

I Have also been dealing with Nivea Kapoor for a month now. Nivea Kapoor cancelled my account without telling me. In the meanwhile my first data machine was still taking transactions. Over 1000 dollars in transactions for services allready completed. Nivea Kapoor said, I’m going to have to track down my customers and get there credit card number again. What?! Who does that? She is unwilling to help transfer me around and never returns my calls. So, Im out a 1000 dollars and they just withdrew money from my checking account. Even though they cancelled my account last week! Nivea kapoor will not tell me ehats going on. Also, another rep. I spoke withon the phone said they were like the FBI. Nivea and all the other dept. Will not give out any information. How dare they compare themselves to the FBI. This company needs to be shut down!
