Four Season Consulting

Four Season Consulting is ripping people off daily. Based out of Las Vegas, NV they run an office from a virtual office on Howard Hughes Pkwy in Las Vegas. According to the Secretary of State they are owned by a company that runs out of a virtual office in Hollywood, CA.
They call you repeatedly with robot dialers then when they get your info they call you to promise you that you are “qualified” to receive money from various places in the form of grants or loans. When you pay them $3500 they promise to apply for those grants on your behalf and they also tell you that they have a 100% success rate for qualified applicants. Trouble is, all applicants are qualified as long as they can afford to pay the $3500. They DO NOT have a qualification process beyond seeing if you can afford them or not.
You sign a contract that only promises to deliver some sort of business plan or analysis or something like that within three months. They do NOT have to write one single grant proposal on your behalf in order to fulfill the terms of the contract. They also will not provide credible customer information in order to follow up on their success stories, claiming that there is some sort of law that prevents them from doing so. According to what I found out all a business owner has to do is sign a statement that they are willing to discuss their information and the law four season talks about is negated.
They also want you to wire the money. They are afraid that if you use a credit card that you will back out of the deal or something. Stay away from these people, if you want a grant there are plenty of ways to get the information you need online to write you own proposals without paying these people thousands of hard earned dollars.

I worked in their sales office off Sunset and LV Blvd. for two days. Once I found out what a ruse they were running I baled. All the information on this post is exactly correct. They plaster all over their website an address on Howard Hughes Parkway. All that is there is a secretarial service where they rent one cubical.
If you watch the only testimony they have on their site from Pastor Danny Gardner, you will see the office of the secretarial service with no markings in the background. I spoke with Danny and he is very upset with these crooks and has no intention of paying them another dime. He flew into Vegas on a Tuesday in early April 2010. He was picked up at the airport by a limo and driven to the secretarial service where he was catered to and the testimonial video was done. You will notice in the video there is nothing of substance. Its all platitudes. Danny really did not know anything at the time the video was shot.
He regrets ever connecting with these crooks. Four Season Consulting is constantly recruiting unsuspecting sales reps to “dial for dollars” and they find enough out of work people willing to give it a try to keep as many as 15 people calling every day. Most don’t last more than a few days and will just get up and walk out like I did.
You will not find even one actual business that has ever received funding from anything fourseasonconsulting has done. They only line their own pockets.
Buyer beware.
Hi I’m Victor Vazquez, Vice President of Four Season Consulting. First of all I want to thank all of our clients and soon to be clients that have called in with the support regarding this disgruntled employee defaming our company. Thank you for your support it is greatly appreciated. As I am finding out, unfortunately this is becoming a more and more frequent occurrence with business. Please don’t stop calling with your advice. Just to notify all of our clients, supporters, and perspective clients that we have taken legal action regarding this disgruntled employee and will update you all as information comes in. We want to be as transparent as possible. Our first priority is our clients. There is currently an investigation on this ex employee that has been threatening my company, my clients, my employees and myself. I ’m sure those business owners that have been in business for a few years can relate to our situation. Police reports have been made, restraining orders have been placed for both the company and myself and even a cease and desist order has been served by our attorneys. I want everyone to know that I, Victor Vazquez, have been doing everything in my power to provide quality services, along with transparent solutions, to clients. I am a man of integrity. Some individuals in this world view themselves in a different light. Some people lack integrity. Some people lack etiquette. Some people just plane lack class. I have been doing my best to be as transparent as possible. I am here for anyone to come and visit. We can still do business with a handshake. My company is backing me 100%. I have been threatened and tormented by suspect individuals. I will continue to live. I will continue to think about my clients. I will always have the ability to overcome obstacles. Thanks to those of you who stand behind me in these times. My company and I are grateful.

The ex-employee at four season consulting got demoted could’nt handle the demotion and quit. He of course knows a couple steps that the company takes to do a few things, such as the qulification process, what the analysis contains and so forth. He took real steps the company takes and added a several other things that the company does not do. He is doing this to harm the company. He had to do this in order for it to sound real. When he left he swore to blog Four Season Consulting to death. And so far he has done as promised. Business still continues as usual. As a business owner make a decision based on fact and not bathroom wall writing. A blog is nothing but a blog. Check our business through credible sources such as the BBB, Secretary of State, and Licensing.
I too worked at Four Season Consulting for a month. I took applications and waited 3-5 days before I got a qualification back. I even got applications with an NQ meaning not qualified. If it was a scam why would they not qualify everyone? I left because I had to move back to California otherwise I would still be there. I love helping people. LARRY DENIS must be an ignorant individual. How do you judge a company by working there 2 days? They do not even put you through the extensive training until after you’ve been with them 2 weeks. The training that they sent you too is in Los Angeles at the Grantsmanship Center this is their website http://www.tgci.com. In my time being there I have never heard anyone refer to any representative to dial for dollars. That’s a bunch of crock! It must be this Disgruntled Employee that got demoted using different names. I encourage anyone to walk into our office at Howard Hughes Parkway and ask for a tour. Four Season Consulting has offices they lease not one cubicle. Again LARRY DENIS how would you even know that no client has been funded being there two days? You have NO access to the FILES that is done at their corporate office. I am no one to JUDGE anyone but LARRY DENIS let’s hope good things come your way. You are honest right LARRY..so release your real name. You say you quit but you probably got fired.
Larry Denis and Bill Best are the same person – a disgruntled ex employee.
Four Season Consulting Falsely Accused of Scamming by Ex Employee
Recently I and my husband were approached by phone Four Season Consulting that if we paid $7000 and had it deposited in their bank We could get dumped money from all these main corporation which was suppose to be interested in our business plan with in 2 to 8 weeks. We were told that we could have the money to start our business. I told my husband I was not comfortable about letting $7000 go which was going to be barrowed from a freind. We do have a good business plan. They jumped on it too fast. This made me very suspicious. We are simple people but I ask even now give me proof you can do this and help forfill our dreams. P.S. We are not ex-emplyees just honest people who needed help.
Do not send these people any money. You will never get anything of value from them. There are several of these companies working out of Vegas and all are complete scams. You cannot find a credible posting from anyone that has received grants or loans from any of these companies. Fourseasonsconsulting is nothing more than a Vegas phone room calling unsuspecting people with a very good “sales pitch” to extract money. The reason they have asked you to bank wire the money is it is very hard to get the money back. They will only as a last resort take a credit card. The reason they don’t like to take cards is because it is too easy to do a chargeback.
To all of you the have been victimized I tried to warn all of you from Victor Vazquez…I am an ex employee and i quit because i saw how it all began but i was under the impression that they were legit. Once i got more involved I found out how things were really being ran I quit and I have contacted the authorities. You must do the same. Report them to the BBB, you State Attorney General,Nevada State Attorney General, FTC and The FBI..Keep complaining you will get your money back
I am glad to see that alot of you payed close attention to the information I have gave you about this company and followed your gut and didnt give Mr Vazquez your money..As for the smart ass talking about the grants saying he worked for NADN, I wouldn’t doubt if its you Victor because he was one of the crooks working for that company NADN..It all boils down to that Four Season Consulting and Victor Vazquez are a bunch of crooks and he has the track record to prove it from another company. A real well respected business consulting firm such as the one Four Season Consulting claims to be would not hire a high school drop out to be their VICE PRESIDENT.. Yes there is equal opportunity for everybody but not someone like Victor Vazquez or for someone to carry “SUCH A TITLE” that is why he has NEVER been part of a legitimate business because He is a looser who only lives of scamming people for their hard earned money. For those that really know how to do your research on Public Records look up Mr. Victor Vazquez. There is a picture of him on Ripoff.com ..Look him up and see how many drug and paraphernalia cases he has had. Or how many DWI’s. Might have not been convicted for most of them but it will still come up.. Dont be VICTIMS.. Report this company to your State Attorney General where ever you are and also to the FTC. The reports will pile up and the investigation will crack down on them HARD… God Bless all of you !!!
To all of you that have been following up with all the BULL SHIT this disgruntled employee has been posting online. I am fucking AMAZED at how hypocritical this guy “DAVID DIAZ” is. I too used to work at Four Season Consulting. And this guy “David Diaz” was one of the top closers who would get wires in daily. He watched many clients get funded!!! Many!!!! Take responsibility for your own actions.
This company has helped him so much on a personal level it actually is pretty sad…I sometimes wonder what made him turn into a “BEAST” In all companies…….as an employee if you do not do your job you get FIRED! You move on get another JOB! There is an old saying that says “ Feed the crows and they will eat your eyes out”. I do not work there anymore for personal reasons but “David you need to give it up get a JOB BRO’ Please check “David Diaz” CRIMINAL RECORD….you’ll be surprised at how is the real criminal here. I think he is talking about himself…..drug and paraphernalia… violence.
There is a lot of companies hiring out there. Get a sales job you are good.
This is David Diaz and yes I did work for this company and yes I was their top Close then I was promoted to Sales Manager and was able to go behind the scenes of how this company truly operated so I quit…I NEVER SAW OR HEARD OF ANYBODY GET FUNDED!!!! This company didn’t help me in nothing all it did was bring a big load of karma in my life..So that’s why I will make a stand if i have too to warn the public from crooks like Victor Vazquez and Pier Ramos.. They even put e restraining order on me because I learned so much about their scam. Who ever wrote that last comment about me isn’t an ex- employee its probably Victor’s coward ass.. Him and Pier have never had the balls to even fire their own employees..They had me do it. So about me having a record, yea I did and look how long ago that was. More then 10 years ago but again Mr. Vazquez “Vise President ” of Four Season Consulting just got out of court not more then maybe a year ago…To that poor pastor from N. Carolina that they scammed for his money contact your state attorney general and the FTC……
@ SD you quoted “We are not ex-emplyees just honest people who needed help.”, do you have an update? thanks BB
bb do not fall for the scam of a company. I fell for it seven months ago and have yet to get funded. They promised 6 to 8 weeks if I wired the $$. Few month later I get a phone call wanting more money to really give me chance with the funding companies. I said no, now they will not even answer my telephone calls.
If this is so obviously a scam, why are there no complaints through the BBB? Instead of arguing about supposed “facts” from either side, post your proof for all to see.
I am not a current, ex, or future employee. I have friends who are currently working with this program and they are happy with the process so far. I am watching with caution and interest to see if it is right for me.
Call the BBB 702-320-4500 ask about it and you will be told there is pending complaints, but the company pays the $$ back to keep clients quiet.
Oh my god Betty, the BBB does NOT extort money from businesses to suppress complaints. I can’t believe you’d suggest it. The BBB is a very honest organization – and an important one in determining the validity of businesses. You people hating on this company are seriously insane….Just listen to yourselves, you’re coming up with all sorts of wild conspiracy theories. Look, if you had a bad experience, file a complaint or write a bad review. Don’t just make up this crazy stuff.
After reading this thread, I thought I’d write a song:
Verse 1:
There once was a company named four season,
Which was attacked for no real reason,
They were defended by some,
And slandered by sockpuppeting scum,
Chorus:
Money money money money money money money money money
Money money money money money money money money money
Money money money money money money money money money
Money money money money money makes the world go round!
Verse 2:
They offered forms of advertising,
While their critic kept revising,
The history of the company,
Because he didn’t get any.
Chorus:
Money money money money money money money money money
Money money money money money money money money money
Money money money money money money money money money
Money money money money money makes the world go round!
Verse 3:
And thus was the ballad of the troll,
Who was actually on a competitor’s dole,
He lied and used multiple accounts.
Just watch him do the that1guy bounce!
Chorus:
Money money money money money money money money money
Money money money money money money money money money
Money money money money money money money money money
Money money money money money makes the world go round!
Chorus:
Money money money money money money money money money
Money money money money money money money money money
Money money money money money money money money money
Money money money money money makes the world go round!
On a serious note, I’ve never worked with this company or purchased anything from them. David Diaz, it’s very obvious that you’re full of it. If you were telling the truth, then why do you use so many different accounts? Why pretend to be clients and why spam the internet so much? Seems that if this company really were a scam, you would’ve called the police and had them shut down months ago. After all, you know where they’re at, right? Most scammers have to hide their location in order to avoid getting caught or are shut down within 6 months, but these guys have physical locations and continue to operate. This thread is nearly 8 months old, and I’ve found positive reviews of them dating back years. That pretty much contradicts everything you’ve said.
That was a good song roger.
FIRST OF ALL I DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AND NEVER HAVE.
I’ve received several automated calls from this company at the business is currently work and am in the process of acquiring. I actually had a message of the automated recording on my machine when I got to the office today and a few hours later a real person called me. He was very nice and very “informative”. The original post in this thread was like ver batum of what I was told today about the company. Being a recent victim of another unaffiliated company out of Vegas, I told him what has happened to me and why I’m hesitant to jump into anything. Given my recent personal situation with SBA Consulting (a scam with FILED reports to the BBB as well as pending complaints), I asked the pertinant questions: How much will this cost me? How much MORE money are you guys gonna want from me in a month or so? Are you affiliated with SBA Consulting? He told me that it would cost me $3500 and the company will put up the OTHER $3500 in the proposal for the grant. I was also told by the guy that called today that if they are not able to get me funded, they have a 100% money back guarantee. He also added that FOUR SESAONS would be refunded their money as well that THEY put up. I was cordial to him and told him I wanted to discuss our conversation with my husband and research his firm. (which is how I stumbled upon this thread)
I must say, it all sounds quite familiar. Unfortunately, it was too late this evening when I got off to call the lady that helped me with my last bad experience at the BBB. She will be able to tell me anything I need to know about this company.
I have a bad vibe. Not just because of having been scammed already but because it just seems like if it’s sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
Just for the sake of the REAL consumers out there reading this thread, I will let you know what I find out Monday with the BBB.
Oh, Billy….I think what Betty was referring to on the refund of the money to keep clients quiet was FOUR SEASONS – not the BBB.
To all you that keep doubting the facts that I have put on the internet for you, go on ahead and give your money to Victor Vazquez..I’ll help the ones that listen but the once that choose not too you’ll will learn from your idiotic mistake.. And for all of those wondering why the company is still in business, The complaints take a while to be processed.. Victor Vazquez and Four Season Consulting ask the BBB to give them time to pay their fees to them so that the BBB does not post the complaints. The company has been in business since October of last year and they didn’t get their first client until maybe November..Now the complaints are starting to come out but Four Season Consulting has enough money to cover it up. There is a investigation going as we speak and unfortunately not enough people have contacted their attorney general so that everything could be pushed. One of the companies the Victor worked for The Grant People Inc. stayed in business for about 4 years before it was finally shot down.
This business obivously is controversial its time to get a lawyer and get a collective lawsuit for these fraudlent bull crap. No one should give money until they get paid.
These are those requirements they want you to have! but there not worth thousands of dollars. They asked us for the following things
1. Business plan 2. Radio ad 3.website
1. Business Plan you SHOULD have a business plan period. YOu even need oneTo get a loan from a bank you do need a business plan This is something you should do without there hel.
WEBSITE Having a website isn’t hard to do and should not cost thousand of dollars. YOu can make one form many free websites even facebook,, myspace and others.
RADIO And if you need a commercial on the radio, go to your local colleges who have a radio broadcasting classes, I’m sure the students would be more than happy to make you a commercial for there school projects. And by the way non-profit organizations or PSA are NOT REQUIRED to have to pay for a radio add.
Hey, David Diaz! No one is buying your bullshit. Just because one of the grant writers at Four Season Consulting wouldn’t sleep with you means you decide to go and ruin a great company. You’re costing many companies millions of dollars because they’re afraid to get into the game.
Hey, why do That1guy, Don’t just sit there do something about it, Betty, David Diaz, JJ, Larry Denis, and SD all have the same ip address? I did an ip check and they’re all the same. Ip checker says they all come from the same computer in las vegas.
I agree with everything customers mentioned about 4 season consulting scam. I am in a very similar situation when four season consulting received our money and did not deliver anything that they promiced on the phone. We received a call later asking for even more money!! May be four season folks think that people will repeat stupid mistakes of thrusting fous season consulting again?! It is a scam, dont do business with four season consulting. Please do not pay them any money up front for any services. You can simply pay after four seasons deliver, if they can deliver.. Please read you contract and see if this contract is consistent with everything they talk about. You will receive many calls pushing you to sign contract and this is intended to apply pressure, so you dont have time to think or talk to your legal advisers. You will wait many month after they will receive your money and you will not hear about hundreds of thousands of dollars coming your way. I am really sorry, I did not see this recent info about scam by 4 season links earlier. I wish someone placed these earlier and prevented my family from stupid mistake. Good advise. I plan to contact BBB, FTC and state and The State Attorney General and every scam victim shold do so.
Avalon so sorry that you like i fell for this scammers. I have already gone thru the BBB in Vegas and they were unable to help, they did refer me to Small Claims Court. I read blogs that say that this company has good rating with BBB, yet thier memebership was revoked in April of this year. Please do continue to contact all the agencies you mentioned, we might not get our fees back but perhaps others will not fall victom.
Hi Betty. I am really sorry that you could not get your money back yet. How long ago did you pay your money? We should not give up. I wonder, how many people already scammed by this company? I really want to know this info. I wish they will do something also. For instance we can visit 4 season and demonstrate in front of their offices for a few days. This should help to shut this company down faster. Imagine if every day of four seasons some victim will stay at their door and tell potential customers not to do business with crooks.
Yeah, I talked with these guys, and I was approved for 195,000.00. It was way to much to believe it was real, so I told the guy “J. Cassidy”, give me a few days to research your company. Then he faxed over a paper from the BBB, saying they were a good company. I found this website, plus lots more. I still wanted to keep an open mind, but this guy kept pressuring me. There were to many negative things on this company, the only good things were from the president of the company. This company is a SCAM!
Still no proof…
That’s all that is required to make a point. Complaints that all sound like the same person, but no proof. Unverifiable talking points, but no factual data. Is there anyone out there with anything of substance to share, or are we gonna just have to listen to more blah-blah-blah?
How about actual proof of someone getting money?
To bb:
There is plenty of proof that Four Seasons Consulting has received a lot of funds from unsuspecting people. There have been no grants ever funded so there is no proof of anyone receiving grant money. Save your money people.
They just tried to get me to wire $7,000 so that I could get the $138,000 owed to me in grants. First off that is way more than what I told the very unprofessional woman on the phone that I needed…. SCAM. And since when do you have to pay ANYTHING to get a grant?.. SCAM. If it sounds too good to be true then it is… SCAM. I can tell you right now that most of the people who are posting good things about this company on this website have a vested interest in the company. I just left a message with my attorney general and I suggest everyone who is contacted by these scam artists do the same.
@bb
How about this article, which was linked on yahoo over a month ago?
http://bizcovering.com/business/getting-a-grant-avoiding-the-scams/
Well I have to say I am more confused now than when I started reading this thread and a confused mind always says no. So thanks to the powers that be for bringing me here.
AVALON AND BETTY, I really hope you get your money back..You must contact the authorities here in Las Vegas and start making police reports. There is no point of you going to their office because not not many clients come to Vegas to do business with them face to face..They don’t even do any business with locals so they don’t have them at their front door everyday..The main person behind this scam is Victor Vazquez..Thats who you have to report to the authorities. He has worked for other scam companies here in Las Vegas..The Grant People Inc., USA GRANTS, N.A.D.N. and now he is the Vice President of Four Season Consulting..All those companies have been shut down by the authorities..
Wow, David/that1guy/Avalon/Betty! You are still going at it, even after being fired for sexual harassment after all these months. You remind me of a girl who was dumped in middle school and still trying to hate on the guy at high school graduation.
See, now I’m really confused. I applied with Four Season, they said I was qualified for over $200 thousand. I saw this post, and said they were ripping me off. They said a former employee was doing this and they had restraining orders and told me to call the cops in Vegas. I did, and I got faxed an actual restraining order against David Diaz from the company. “Tired of David Diaz” now seems more credible, and then I read that article. I think I’m going to go with them.
To all our valued costumers and friends you can write your personal feedback and reviews on our review site at:

I’m sure we will hear your comments and suggestions to improve our service.
Thank you.
I started the grant process in July. I have been very apprehensive about going with Four Season because of all these blogs. After looking into it I saw most of them were from the same person. I had to make a decision. Yes, I paid the $5,000 to get the business analysis. Yes, I paid the $7,500 to get the business plan. As a successful business owner for the last 13 years I knew this is a common practice when getting grants, venture capital, SBA Loans, or bank loans. My husband and I figured the $5,000 is a gamble. I truly feel if this was or is a scam they would not have accepted my Chase Card for the $7,500 as that particular card is vicious when it comes to scams and recovering the money. So the fact that they took a credit card gave me comfort. I have been approved for almost 7 figures for my business venture and should be getting the funding soon. I wish more people would speak up that have received funding. By not doing so you are keeping people from realizing their dreams due to an agenda. Do I know if this is a scam? NO…right now I have $12,500 on the line. My dreams will come true or not. I should know in the next few weeks. I will keep you posted. But, so far they have done what they said they would do. They have followed up and kept me in the loop. I feel if it was a fraud they would not bother with the phone calls once the received the money. Do I think the sales team could be more professional? YES…Do I think they should disclose what costs could be included other than the initial fee? YES. I have given that feed back to the company and they appreciated the input. So, all I can say is go with your gut if your trying to make up your mind. I have promised Four Season that when I get my grant I will blog that I recieved it instead of keeping it private. If I don’t I promise I will blog that as well. My gut tells me it’s real! I will know soon for sure. Thank you
Me Debra again, I’m surprised not to see any retorts to my posts! Today is October 4th. Still on the journey. Steve my case manager called me today to let me know all going well. He said will have a status on Funding and will call me on Friday the 8th. A friend of mine that applied before me will know sooner. As promised will Blog my journey either way it turns out. So far looking good and should know more by mid month. Will keep you posted.
Today is October 15th 2010. Stil on the journey, no funding yet, no award letter yet. My case manager Steve says that the foundations did not have the money for 3rd. quarter due to interest rates being so low. Was trying to get partial funding but that did not happen as of today. Now says award letters will come out in November with funding in December. Will keep you posted.
Today is November 9th. down to the wire should have award letter by Thanksgiving about 16 more days. Still an act of faith but Steve my case manager has been very helpful and spoke to the Realtor I’m working with to hold the land for my project. Will keep all posted.
Hello–I’d like to have Debra, above, contact me at 419 819 8338 or williamhinsch@gmail.com.
I’d like to know how things turned out since the october 8 deadline she cites.
If I don’t hear from debra personally (and no one else) I will have to conclude she is a plant from 4 seasons or doesn’t exist.
If you do violate what i write here and contact me, be prepared for me to look into who you are, where you are calling from, and your other credentials as I would not like to have other scammers bothering me. I’ll require proof of who you are and TOTAL transparency which I will extend in like manner.
I am considering 4 seasons and don’t know what to believe after reading all this which is highly contradictory. I’d like to know if any one person has actually ever received a grant from 4 Seasons. It seems if they were legit that the web would be chock a block with testimonials touting this companies abilities to produce what they say they can.
I’m dealing with “Marie” and her “assistant” Cory, at 4 Seasons. Their phone number is 877 336 7193.
I seek the truth about these people and if anyone knows anything I’d like to hear from you. If you are NOT Deb, above, again fair warning: I will be verifying who you are and I will find out who you represent.
Any actual grant writers of quality–call me as I would like to do business with you. I’m a bit suspicious of 4 Seasons–some things I’ve already faced have seemed off.
For instance when I try to get hold of Marie–I often have problems, email addresses they give me get return no deliver possible etc etc.
Thanks
Bill Hinsch

Today is November 15th. almost to the award letter stage. Steve said it should be around Thanksgiving. Funding around December 23rd. Still hopeful and encouraged. Will post again when have award letter. Thanks Debra
This is Bill Hinsch again. The past three days I’ve been conducting my own research into this company (4 Seasons). I’ve now talked personally to about 8 people, some ex employees, some scammed ‘customers’, and some real grant writers with impeccable credentials (at The American Grant Writers Association, a reputable organization concerned about these fraudsters wh give legit grant writers a bad name). These good people with transparent practices who have let me in on how these companies work have given me the real deal on grants and its not a rosy picture like 4 Seasons paints it.. I even talked to one guy who took the time to track down the Reverand who 4 Seasons had as a testimonial on their site (he never got any money).
In all this research, and wading through hundreds of references on the web to this company, I’ve yet to find anyone who’s gotten any money. It’s a complete and utter scam operation. The guy behind it is a con man going way back and has authored at least two other scams before this having to close them down when the feds got onto him.
Please don’t believe anything they say. It’s bullshit. If you’d like to call me an discuss I’d be willing to talk to anyone that has been contacted by these people and tell you all about what I learned. You can reach me at 419 819 8338 and my email address is wdh011655@gmail.com. If we all expose these assholes perhaps we can close ‘em down and send a message to the other 4 companies (that I know of) in Las Vegas who conduct completely fraudulent operations, bilking people out of their hard earned money.
I am real, I am not a disgruntled ex-employee, I wanted 4 Seasons to be real as I need help in my business. Shame on these guys for preying on honest people.
You can see my website at http://www.learningvisuals.com, see my photo there andread about me and see my work (I’m a strategic consultant/visual artist).
Take care, and best to you.
Bill
Dear Bill,
I did not cite an October 8th deadline, I said Steve was calling with an update and he did. I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE WITH FOUR SEASON…I have been candid about my journey and process with them. I do not have the grant money yet. If they are a scam I will blog that. BUT until I know they are a scam I am not going to do that. I have paid for the business analysis and the business plan which is standard. I did research as well. I called the BBB the only reason they are not members is the BBB does not allow “Grant” companies to be members. They had only ONE complaint. I followed up with the Sheriffs Department in Las Vegas regarding the restraining order against the disgruntled employeee, it was valid. I contacted the State Attorneys office they had no complaints about four season or open cases. I do not know why you are so hositle and accusatory toward me. You say you talked to one guy who tracked down the reverend and he never got the money. Did you talk to the reverend directly? So far it is all hearsay. I too wish someone who has received funding would come forward as I have put in my blogs. I have been completely honest and open about the process. I should have my award letter after ThanksGiving. If it does not happen I will then know if this is a scam. BUT until then I can not say it is. I have my hard earned money on the line. $5,000 for the business analysis and $7,500 for the Business Plan. That was put on a credit card, so if a scam I can disupute it and win. I don’t think if a scam they would let you use a credit card where the money can be taken back. That is just my thinking. I too am a business person looking to expand and do a huge project in my community. My husband and I have a lot riding on this. I DID CALL THE ABOVE NUMBER AND GIVE YOU MY PRIVATE HOME PHONE NUMBER!!! It is for your use only and NOT to be posted….
I WILL KNOW BY OR AFTER THANKSGIVING IF THIS IS A FRAUD. Until then I can not say it is not real. Steve Arcuri my case manager has so far been very helpful and even talked to one of the Realtors I’m working with for this project. He calls me weekly to give me status and follows up with emails as well.
What else? Yes they did have a problem with their email system they got that fixed. They could receive emails but not send. Steve Arcuri called me and let me know that. I truly think that unitl your a client you don’t have unlimited access to case managers ect. I truly empathize with you there are so many scams out there that is why I took the time to blog my journey.
I don’t understand what you mean if I do violate what you have written and contact me I will check into you…Go for it!!!!!
I will tell you Four Season did not paint a rosy picture. They told me it would be a 6 month process, I have dilegently filled out the paperwork and done the research for the business plan to include ROI and various other items. I have opened an “S” corporation and am doing my due dilegence to meet the requirements. It is NOT an easy process and my nerves are shot after 6 months of this and wondering if it’s real or not. I have put a lot of time, energy, and money into this. I have PROMISED Four Season that when I receive my Grant money I will blog that I received the money. I also PROMISED Four Season that if this is a scam I will devote my days and nights to blogging and filing a law suit. All I can do now is wait. So if you want to call me you are welcome to do so. But, do not be hostile with me or rude I am a successful business woman and command digntity and respect when being addressed.
To all the rest of you God Bless and good luck on your journey….Debra November 17th.
Dear Debra. I was told I would receive my funding in the Fourth Quarter?…… So I’m thinking sometime by the end of this year???????? If this isn’t a scam, I’ll let EVERYONE know how wonderful they are, AND if it is…. I’ll let everyone know as well. I found this site this morning, and I’m a little sickened by it. All we can do now is wait, and pray. best Wishes, Bruce Vandergriff
Flowers By Sally Ann
Hi Bruce,
I’m with you. Just sent an email to my case worker..as award letters have been coming in all week. I will know the latest on Monday…..I agree all we can do is wait and pray and have faith. Best wishes back to you and yours. Debra
WELL FRIDAY DECEMBER 3RD. CAME AND WENT WITH NO, NO, NO AWARD LETTER. STEVE SAID HE WOULD CALL IF HAD ANYTHING IN THE MAIL. AT THIS POINT I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO BELIEVE THIS JOURNEY IS AT AN END. THAT THERE WILL BE NO FUNDING. MONDAY I WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTIONS. I TOLD EVERYONE I WOULD BLOG THE JOURNEY AND I HAVE. MY FAMILIES HOPES AND DREAMS HAVE BEEN CRUSHED. IT’S NOT JUST THE MONEY IT’S THE DREAMING, THE PLANNING, STARTING A NEW CORPORATION, INTERVIEWING PEOPLE FOR JOBS, SO MUCH WENT UP IN SMOKE TODAY. I HAVE LITTLE HOPE THAT I AM WRONG. IF I AM WILL BLOG SUCH. BUT AS OF RIGHT NOW I AND MY FAMILY ARE DEVASTATED. I DID FOLLOW UP WITH BILL AND CALLED HIS CONTACT GOT VERY DISTURBING NEWS. ALSO, THE WEB PAGE HAS BEEN TOTALLY REVAMPED AND ANYTHING TO DO WITH GRANTS HAS BEEN REMOVED ALONG WITH THE PASTORS ENDORSEMENT. DON’T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO SAY. END OF THE JOURNEY I GUESS!!!
Debra–keep up the blogging and documenting your journey so others will benefit. You can do a valuable service here. And if you happen to get the grant, even tho it seems unlikely at this juncture, please let me know. I’ve had a number of people contact me at this point. So far no one has actually received money, and the recountings of their experiences are eerily similar to your own.
I have one question for you. The site you mentioned: was it for Four Seasons Consulting, or was it for Four Seasons Business Solutions?
Have you been able to conclude if these two companies are linked? My assumption right now is that they are both run by the same people and they play one off against the other in a “good cop/Bad cop” routine. Meaning when something negative is referenced to one of those entities, they cite the other as the perpetrator. (this is why the two companies have similar names and are in the same city, las Vegas–makes it easier for people to be fooled that it’s two completely different consultancies that just coincidentally operate in the same city. Funny that in the Whois data base, both companies domains were set up by the same proxy domain company (masking the real owners), and both companies Domain host are in Arizona. Any one can verify this for themselves by going to GoDaddy, typing in each domain name, then checking the Whois data base at the link provided. This is revealing). I think Victor Vasquez (the mastermind behind the operation) has used this con-man tactic to good effect, keeping hope alive with individuals being strung along.
Thanks and let me know what you think based on where you currently are and what you’ve been able to uncover.
INFORMATION FROM THE WHOIS DATA BASE FOLLOWS:
Find below the info taken from the Whois Data Base on both companies, Four Seasons Busines Solutions and Four Season Consulting. AS YOU CAN SEE, THERE IS A LOT OF SIMILARITIES BETWEEN THE TWO:

The Day I discovered this ScamRadar.com site, and it had Four Season Consulting on it, I sent a fax to them, since their email wasn’t working on the site. And Steve tried calling me. I have been playing phone tag with him, Even when I call him back just seconds after he called. I could not get in touch with him. I told him that I worked for 9 to 5pm YESTERDAY. and he never called me back……. BUT Geraldine , My project manager, did call and told me that she was going to send the finail paper work to me by Fed-Ex and to let her know if it was done the way we wanted it done, and to call her and let her know. I then asked her about my funding, and she said “Oh, Yeah…. December. We are still on track” I’m starting to get crazy here thinking the worse. And if this does end up being a scam, I will be making a trip to Vegas!!!!!
Debra, Please keep me inform, and all the things I may need to do if this is a scam. You are so right! This has wasted LOTS of time and energy trying to jump through hoops to get everything they needed and if its turns out to be for nothing??????? Well? I’m going to flip out. Enough said! And if this is a scam? Their employees KNOW it, and what kind of person would continue to work for a company knowing what they are doing and hurting people in the same process!
Bruce:
I had a very similar experience (as far as the contact part with no call backs, email addresses not working and half assed explanations of things by a woman I thought was not matched well for explaining their program). After all this in course of two weeks it just didn’t feel right and I started to search on the web for comments, websites covering them, etc. I found much more bad than good, no one actually reporting they got any money (with exception of a bogus posting that was aplant. In fact, Victor Vazquez himself was posting positive comments under his name and other names on the sites with many bad reporting on them. I found out from Andy Anderson this was standard practice in their operation and their “offices” were not at Howard Hughes parkway (it was in a diff location that was not disclosed) and that the office on Howard Hughes parkway was a frontispiece and they often rented an upper floor conference room when people scheduled to come into to check them out, donned their good clothes , and put on a show, including hiring a limo to bring people from the airport, all this covering up the true nature of the operation.
I advised the woman that was my contact to “get out of there’” and preserve her reputation. She seemed shocked by what I was reporting to her, never realizing herself the backend machinations. She promised me she would get a lawyer, look up the stuff about her company online, and then make up her mind if this was a scam (she seemed like a nice lady, was from my neck o the woods here, was sincere in her actions, but as I said was not of a caliber you’d expect for CSR work with individuals looking to get large amonts of money in grants, and deal with much business stuff necessary to do this. I took it she was just a phone rep that turned stuff over eventually to the fraudsters who then perpetrated the real fraud.
By the way, if you find out anything yourself that is at variance with what I say here, please send it on to me and I will report what you tell me on radar scam along with you. I will likely check the veracity of what you tell me for myself, just so you know so get phone numbers, contact info and secure permission for me to callthem and investigate. Eventually I will turn this over to the Nevada Attorney general’s office for action against these people (they’ve been in that position before with at least three previous companies and inevitably it leads to closing down their operation, then starting anew under a different name,
thanks and let me know what you find out.

Heres a company called “The Grant People” Victor Vasquez was involved in this Scam Group back in 2007…. Just more of the same!

We trusted these people to secure us a grant to start a company. They sweat talked us into sending them our life savings of $ 11,250.00 to start our non profit corporation and then secure our grant. Of course once they had our money they would NEVER return our calls of help us in any way. We were patient because they said these things take time. We understand that red tape is time consuming. But this process started back in December of ’07. And of course we still do not have our grant or a refund of our money. At nearly 60 years of age it’s devistating to lose our entire savings. These people simply ripped us off. and because they are a corporation, we apparently have no recourse if they are out of business. If anyone out there has any info about these guys, please pass it along. Does anyone know of any recourse?

FOUR SEASON CONSULTING IS A SCAM!!!!!WARNING !!
THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS CONSULTING FIRM IS JUST RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.LETS START WITH A COUPLE OF DETAILS. THEY HAVE WHAT IS CALLED A SEASON CORP WHICH BASICALLY STATES THAT THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE JUNE 15, 2007 BUT THE TRUTH IS THAT THEY STARTED OPERATING IN OCTOBER OF 2009 OUT OF AN OFFICE THAT THEY WERE SHARING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY CALLED ANGEL CARE ON 4080 E.LAKE MEAD BETWEEN LAMB AND PECOS IN N.LAS VEGAS, NV. THEY USE THIS SEASON CORP. TO TRY TO BUILD SOME CREDIBILITY WITH THEIR CLIENTS. THEY TELL ALL THEIR EMPLOYEES THAT THEY MUST TELL ALL THEIR CLIENTS THAT THEY OPERATE OUT OF 3753 HOWARD HUGHES PKWY.STE 298 LAS VEGAS, NV.89169 WHICH THAT IS A VIRTUAL OFFICE THAT THEY USE FOR WHEN THEIR CLIENTS COME IN FOR A CONFERENCE. THEY HAVE THE RECEPTIONIST THERE WELL PAYED OFF TO TELL ANYBODY WHO SHOWS UP BY SURPRISE TO SIT TIGHT.THEN SHE CALLS MR.VICTOR VASQUEZ AND HE SHOWS UP.THAT’S WHY MOST OF THE TIME THEY WILL ASK YOU TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT SO THAT BY THE TIME YOU GET THERE THEY ARE ALREADY WAITING FOR YOU IN THE CONFERENCE ROOM. SHOW UP BY SURPRISE AND YOU WILL BE WAITING FOR A WHILE OR MIGHT NOT EVEN GET SEENED. THEIR ONLY OFFICE IS ON 6650 VIA AUSTI SUITE 140 CROSS STREETS ARE SUNSET AND PILOT RD.THEY MOVED THERE ON JANUARY OF 2010.
NOW THE PEOPLE THAT RUN THE COMPANY ARE, BELIDIA MUNOZ AKA ROBIN THE PROJECT MANAGER, VICTOR VASQUEZ WHO IS THE VP. OF THE COMPANY AS YOU CAN SEE THERE IS A RIPOFF REPORT FOR HIM WORKING FOR ANOTHER SCAN DALES COMPANY. VICTOR IS THE MASTER MIND BEHIND EVERYTHING. VICTOR WORKED FOR N.A.D.N. A COMPANY THAT WAS SHUT DOWN BY THE AUTHORITIES. HE HAS ALSO WORKED FOR, GB GLOBAL BUSINESS,USA GRANTS, THE GRANT PEOPLE AND NOW FOUR SEASON CONSULTING.
THESE ARE ALL GHOST COMPANIES THAT TALK POOR HARD WORKING PEOPLE TO GIVE THEM MONEY TO BUILT A DREAM THAT WILL NEVER COME AND THEN THEY CLOSE THE DOORS. THE HEAD INVESTOR OF FOUR SEASON CONSULTING IS LARRY HEATER A WASHED UP NFL PLAYER THAT USE TO PLAY FOR THE NY.GIANTS.
NOW THIS IS THE WAY THE COMPANY WORKS, YOU RECEIVE A CALL FROM SOMEBODYSAY THAT YOU RESPONDED TO A MESSAGE FROM A AUTOMATED SERVICE REQUESTING INFORMATION FOR A SBA LOAN OR A GRANT FOR YOUR BUSINESS .THEY ASK YOU A COUPLE OF QUESTION TO SUPPOSEDLY DETERMINE IF YOU COULD QUALIFY FOR ANY OF THE FUNDING PROGRAMS AND THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO SUBMIT EVERYTHING TO THEIR “MAKE BELIEVE” RESEARCH DEPARTMENT. THEY CALL YOU BACK 1 OR 2 DAYS LATER AND TELL YOU THAT YOU QUALIFY.THEN THEY TELL YOU THAT ONCE YOU GET QUALIFIED ITS TIME SENSITIVE AND THAT IN ORDER FOR THESE SO CALLED FOUNDATIONS TO BE ABLE TO FUND YOU THEY ARE GOING TO NEED A FINANCIAL ANALYSIS WHICH ITS GOING TO BE A DETAILED BLUE PRINT OF YOUR BUSINESS SO THAT THEY COULD JUSTIFY TO THESE FOUNDATIONS WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO USE THE MONEY FOR. THAT’S WHEN FOUR SEASON CONSULTING IS GOING TO ASK YOU FOR A RETAINER FEE.THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THE TOTAL COST FOR THE SERVICE IS $5,000.00 BUT THEN THEY WILL ACT LIKE THEY LIKE YOU AND THAT THEY REALLY WANT TO HELP YOU.THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT ITS IN THEIR VEST OF INTEREST TO BRING YOU ON BOARD SO THAT THEY COULD GET THEIR FINDERS FEE OF 6 – 10% THAT WHEN THEY WILL GET VICTOR VASQUEZ ON THE PHONE SO THAT HE COULD MAKE YOU FEEL SPECIAL BY BRING THE RETAINER DOWN TO $3,500.00 AND THAT YOU WILL PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE OF $1,500 ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR GRANT AND THAT’S JUST TO MAKE YOU THINK THAT YOUR GETTING A GOOD DEAL. THEY GIVE YOU A 90 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE FOR THEIR SERVICES. THE WAY IT WORKS IS THAT THEY TELL YOU THAT THESE FOUNDATIONS DON’T WANT TO HELP LOST CAUSE SO YOU HAVE TO PAY THE RETAINER TO SHOW THE FOUNDATIONS YOUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR BUSINESS AND THAT YOUR NOT ABOUT TO CLOSE YOUR DOORS. THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU COULD REIMBURSE YOURSELF THE $3,500 WHEN YOU GET YOUR FIRST CHECK.ITS ALL A LIE.THEN THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY HAVE 90 DAYS TO CREATE THIS ANALYSIS AND HAVE IT IN YOUR POSSESSION AND THE FOUNDATIONS POSSESSION WITH IN 90 DAYS OR IF NOT THEY WILL LOOSE THE SO CALLED GRANT AND THEN YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK BUT THE CONTRACT DOESN’T SAY THAT.IT ONLY SAYS THEY HAVE 90 CALENDER DAYS TO SEND YOU YOUR ANALYSIS AND THAT IF YOU DON’T RECEIVE IT WITH IN THE 90 DAYS THAT’S WHEN YOU WOULD GET YOUR REFUND.YES YOU WILL HAVE YOUR ANALYSIS WITH IN 90 DAYS THAT’S SO THEY DON’T HAVE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND. YOU WONT BE ABLE TO COMPLAIN TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BECAUSE THEY HAVE A GUARANTEED THAT YOU WILL HAVE THE ANALYSIS IN YOUR
POSSESSION WITH IN 90 DAYS. THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY CANT GUARANTEE MONEY BECAUSE THEY ARE A THIRD PARTY COMPANY AND THAT THEY ARE NOT THE ONCE THAT WRITE THE CHECKS.THAT’S THE WAY THEY WASH THEIR HANDS AND UNFORTUNATELY ALL THE CLIENTS THAT THEY BRING ON BOARD SEE IN THE CONTRACT THAT MONEY IS NOT GUARANTEED AND PEOPLE STILL FALL INTO THE TRAP AND PAY THE RETAINER. THEY TELL YOU IT WILL TAKE 90 TO 120 DAYS FOR YOU TO GET FUNDED BUT THAT THEY COULD RUSH THE WORK SO THAT YOU MAY GET FUNDED WITH IN 45 TO 90 DAYS. YOU’RE NOT GOING TO GET NOTHING. I PROMISE YOU. ONCE YOU COME ON BOARD A COUPLE WEEKS AFTER YOU GET YOUR ANALYSIS THEN YOU WILL GET A CALL FROM A SO CALLED PROJECT MANAGER OR BUSINESS ANALYSIS AND HE OR SHE WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY HAVE 1 OR 2 FOUNDATIONS THAT ARE REALLY INTERESTED IN FUNDING YOU RIGHT AWAY IF YOU SET UP A NON PROFIT OR IF YOU GET INCORPORATED. THEN THEY ASK YOU FOR ANOTHER $5,000 TO $10,000 DOLLARS.
NOW BE AWARE ALSO THAT WHEN YOU GET YOUR ANALYSIS ON THE LAST PAGE THERE WILL BE A GRADE ON YOUR BUSINESS. SUPPOSEDLY THESE WILL BE THE THINGS THAT YOU’RE BUSINESS IS LACKING ON. THAT’S WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO TRY TO TELL YOU THESE FOUNDATIONS WANT TO FUND YOU BUT BEFORE THEY DO THEY WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU FIX YOUR WEAK POINT SO THEN THAT’S WHEN FOUR SEASON CONSULTING WILL TRY TO SALE YOU MARKETING OR ADVERTISING PACKAGES. THEY MIGHT TELL YOU THAT YOU DON’T HAVE ENOUGH FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS SO THAT COULD THEY SALE YOU THAT AS WELL. YOU AS A BUSINESS OWNER YOU WANT THE BEST FOR YOUR BUSINESS AND VICTOR VASQUEZ, PIER RAMOS AKA PETE SALAZAR AKA PETE RAMOS, AND THAT’S WHY THEY DO WHAT THEY DO. YOUR PROBABLY WONDERING HOW I KNOW SO MUCH AND WHEN YOU ASK THEM ABOUT THIS REPORT OR BLOG THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT I AM A DECREMENTAL EMPLOYEE AND YES I AM AN EX-EMPLOYEE WHO QUIT BECAUSE I FOUND OUT THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND I DIDN’T WANT TO HAVE ANY PART OF RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. THEY ARE GOING TO TELL YOU THAT IF ALL THIS WAS TRUE AND THAT IF THEY ARE REALLY SCAMMING PEOPLE. HOW COME THERE ISN’T ANY NEGATIVE REPORTS ON THE BBB. THAT’S BECAUSE OF THE TIME FRAME. REMEMBER THEY HAVE A SEASON CORP THAT SAYS THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 6/15/2007 BUT IN REALITY THEY STARTED THEIR BUSINESS ON 10/2009 . I HEARD THEM BRAGGING AND MAKING JOKES ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT THEY ARE UP SELLING FOR CORPORATIONS TELLING THEM THAT THE FOUNDATIONS WILL TAKE THEM MORE SERIOUS IF THEY ARE INCORPORATED OR IF THEY GET A NON PROFIT THAT WILL SHOW THAT THEY ARE GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY. SO I GOT SUSPICIOUS AND DID MY RESEARCH AND I FOUND VICTOR VASQUEZ ON THIS RIP OFF REPORT THAT I AM PUTTING HERE FOR YOU TO SEE FOR YOUR SELF. READ ALL THE REPORTS OF THE COMPANIES THAT I LISTED FOR YOU AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY ALL ASK AND SAY THE SAME THING TO ALL NOW DON’T BE FOOLED BY THEIR CONSUMER REPORTS AND THE MERCHANT CIRCLE PRESS RELEASE THAT THEY TELL YOU ABOUT. THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY CAN NOT GIVE YOU ANY REFERENCES BECAUSE OF A PRIVACY ACT THAT WAS MADE IN 1974 WELL THEY WENT ON AHEAD AND PAYED ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES TO WRITE NICE BLOGS ON ALL THE BLOG SITES. THERE IS A BLOG OF A CLIENT THAT SUPPOSEDLY SAYS THAT THEY RECEIVED A $125,000.00 GRANT. THAT’S ALL A LIE. THEY EVEN LEFT A FAKE NAME AND EMAIL SO THAT YOU MAY WRITE TO THEM AND ASK ABOUT THE COMPANY.THEY ARE SMART BECAUSE NOW THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE FOR BREAKING THE PRIVACY ACT. THEY PAY AN EMPLOYEE $350.00 A WEEK TO WRITE THESE BLOGS. NOW THIS INDIVIDUAL WHO WRITES THESE BLOGS ON MERCHANT CIRCLE AND ALL THESE OTHER BLOG SITES ON BEHALF OF FOUR SEASON CONSULTING, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE . SO BE AWARE PEOPLE. FOUR SEASON CONSULTING IS A SCAM. AFTER THEY QUALIFY YOU THEY SAY IF YOU DON’T PAY THEM THEIR RETAINER, THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY HAVE TO SEND YOU A REJECTION LETTER THAT STATES THAT YOU HAVE REJECTED THEIR SERVICES AND THE GRANT SO THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE NEXT TIME YOU DECIDE TO TRY TO GET A GRANT OR APPLY THEY WILL DENY YOU BECAUSE YOU WASTED THEIR TIME…IT’S ALL A LIE.

To all of you that have been victimized I tried to warn all of you from Victor Vazquez and Four Season Consulting…I am an ex employee and I quit because I saw how it all began but I was under the impression that they were legit. Once I got more involved I found out how things were really being run. I quit and I have contacted the authorities. You must do the same. Report them to the BBB, your local State Attorney General, Nevada’s State Attorney General, FTC and the FBI…Keep complaining you will get your money back..We all have to stick together…These are the people behind everything:
Master Mind: Victor Vazquez
Investors and Partners: Pierre Ramos AKA Pete Salazar, Belidia Munoz (These 2 are brother and sister), Larry Heater and Anita Heater (These 2 are married and they also own Angel Care in Las Vegas which is ran out of the office. In their video they play the role of the marketing department ) For the record Pierre Ramos does not come out on any of Four Season Consulting Documents but I have one that he claims his title in. He also owns a Real Estate company in Vegas.
I am glad to see that alot of you paid close attention to the information I have gave you about this company and followed your gut and didn’t give Mr. Vazquez your money..As for the smart ass talking about the grants saying he worked for NADN, I wouldn’t doubt if it’s you Victor because he was one of the crooks working for that company NADN…It all boils down to that Four Season Consulting and Victor Vazquez are a bunch of crooks and he has the track record to prove it from another company. A real well respected business consulting firm such as the one Four Season Consulting claims to be would not hire a high school drop out to be their VICE PRESIDENT… Yes there is equal opportunity for everybody but not someone like Victor Vazquez or for someone to carry “SUCH A TITLE” that is why he has NEVER been part of a legitimate business because He is a looser who only lives of scamming people for their hard earned money. For those that really know how to do your research
on Public Records look up Mr. Victor Vazquez. There is a picture of him on Ripoff.com…Look him up and see how many drug and paraphernalia cases he has had or how many DWI’s. Might have not been convicted for most of them but it will still come up.. Don’t be VICTIMS… Report this company to your State Attorney General where ever you are and also to the FTC. The reports will pile up and the investigation will crack down on them HARD… God Bless all of you!!!

Heres Where I’m finding this stuff on Victor: http://www.ripoffreport.com/telemarketers/four-season-consulti/four-season-consulting-las-veg-973a6.htm
I think that guy has it nailed, tho reading his screaming all-caps screed is a bit difficult. To all those out there already scammed and about to be scammed–the above from Bruce Vandergriff is highly valuable, and on-point based on what I’ve found out from multiple sources. Anyone wanting to file a class action suit, call me. Maybe we can organize one. I have not invested money with them so technically speaking, I may not qualify, however I’d sure love to assist someway to close these conmen down once and forever.

I have some info for you from a personthat would like to speak with you and I didn’t have your number any longer, nor did I want to give him yours unless you wanted to talk to him. He has some news from our Fraudsters at 4SBS that he thought you should know. Hi Everyone, I am sooooo blessed…NOT…Victor Vaszquez just called me personally!!!!! WHY might you ask…to tell me how hard he’s working for me and that to understand that there is NO funding that the foundations have reached their limits….that he will continue to work hard for me to secure funding next quarter…this has gone on for 6 months and it’s always the same story. He was not happy when I did tell him I had a funding date and that Steve actually spoke to realtor for my project and gave a date and that I could purchase the land. He of course did not believe me. I told him I’m tired of his shit….that I want my money back. He told me to refer to my contract….I told him to FUCK OFF…..that I was coming after his ass with every legal means I can….Today I filed fraud charges with my credit card company and the FTC I too have an FTC complaint number it is. 28457643. I hung up on him he called me back…I just told him I’m done your a liar and a thief and your bull shit does NOT fly…..THIS IS IN FACT IN MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE A SCAM……!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM ALSO CALLING THE DIVISION OF LICENSING IN NEVADA TO FILE A COMPLAINT..ALONG WITH THE FBI AS IT IS ACROSS STATE LINES AND THEY HAVE A WIRE TRANSFER FROM ME……FOR $5,000…….SPREAD THE WORD……THE NUMBER TO THE STATE OF NEVADA BUSINESS DIRECTORS OFFICE IS 702-486-2750 ON THE SECRETARY OF STATE WEB SITE YOU CAN PULL UP ALL FOUR SEASONS LLC’S…….THANKS….DEBRA
I another person in Florida and I to was told the same lie’s and post ponement of dates. I filed a complaint with FTC #28458579. I hope no one else get rid off like us. Steve was to call today, but he has not, or has he responsed to my email from Fri 12/3. Steve Acruri is my project manager, I guess he tells the same story to all of us. .
Congratulations Debra, finally everyone can understand just how corrupt Victor and his henchmen really are. Its just too bad so many people have waisted their hard earned money and dreams on these bums.
Andy
Hi all, well ive just made a complaint to the ftc also my complaint number is 28472796
Well, Steve called me yesterday. Asked me to give him a chance. Talked with my wife… she asked me to have a little faith. What bothers me…… Is when I tried to have some faith, and then I’m kicked in the gut….. It really rubs me the wrong way. I’m still going to try to have some faith. Even as stupid as it may sound. I have taken steps to protect myself, similar to Debra. AND YES, IT WAS ME THAT STEVE A. threatened with a cease and assist. Just trying to be honest here! I may have to close our family buisness after 35 years of hard work. Just makes me sick!! But if a chance is wht he wants to prove himself to me…..(Steve), I’ll give that to him, till the end of the month and then I’m done! LIKE I TOLD YOU STEVE…. Since you are watching all these post, You treat me right, and I’ll do the same. You Screw me…. And I’ll fight this untill the day I die! You know, we would not have been running a buisness for 35 years if we would have had these kinds of problems with our customers. Something to think about?
Hi Bruce and anyone reading his post….Can’t blame you STEVE is very good at what he does….”Give me one percent of your trust I’ll earn the other 99%” is one of his lines. Did he share a personal story like his dog having eye surgery? he is very good at making you think he gives a damn. YES it’s hard to give up HOPE…that is what they are counting on…False HOPE…..sorry your still trapped but you will figure it out…He’s very good at calming women down and playing their emotions…I too had given him until December…it’s always the end of the month. Just do yourself a favor if you paid by credit card find out the time line for filing fraud against a charge…it might surprise you some are 60 days some are 90 days…I personally feel this is why they string people along is to get past those deadlines……Good luck sorry your still in the web…but can’t judge been there done that got the T-Shirt….Deb
LOL, your funny Deb. I’m having my shirt made now. I just received my Business Analysis just as we speak. Really not sure WHY this is what I was needing for a Grant. But that Besides the fact. This isn’t $3500.00 worth of work if you ask me. And (STEVE) since I know you watch this blog, I did receive it. Wheres the FUNDING!!!!
End of the month RIGHT???? Another thing that concerns me, If funding has dry’d up for Deb. How can you still get me MY funding by the end of December?
Deb & everyone else, I’m going to have a little fun with all of this. I’ll be making a post about something great and I’ll let you guys in on the laugh as it comes time. NO, Its not the funding! lol But that would be nice. Best Wishes all, Bruce
DID anyone ever get a “501c3″ form from Four Seasons Consulting???? Isn’t this a common form that you would get a copy of if someone was getting you a Grant??
Just asking
That would be a common form if you are starting a NOT for profit CHARITY: To be tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, an organization must be organized and operated exclusively for exempt purposes set forth in section 501(c)(3), and none of its earnings may inure to any private shareholder or individual. In addition, it may not be an action organization, i.e., it may not attempt to influence legislation as a substantial part of its activities and it may not participate in any campaign activity for or against political candidates.
Organizations described in section 501(c)(3) are commonly referred to as charitable organizations. Organizations described in section 501(c)(3), other than testing for public safety organizations, are eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions in accordance with Code section 170.
The organization must not be organized or operated for the benefit of private interests, and no part of a section 501(c)(3) organization’s net earnings may inure to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual. If the organization engages in an excess benefit transaction with a person having substantial influence over the organization, an excise tax may be imposed on the person and any organization managers agreeing to the transaction.
Section 501(c)(3) organizations are restricted in how much political and legislative (lobbying) activities they may conduct. For a detailed discussion, see Political and Lobbying Activities. For more information about lobbying activities by charities, see the article Lobbying Issues; for more information about political activities of charities, see the FY-2002 CPE topic Election Year Issues.
Additional Information
Bruce I”m sorry your finding out…I can tell you my husband, son, myself, prospective employees we hired are all DEVASTATED….I truly believed in my heart this was real…Like I said Steve even called the Realtor for my project and told her no problem…Award letter would be here then could go under contract for land with that….He even told her a funding date…Which basically Victor denies…but I do have witnesses….Yes, your right this boiler plate business analysis is a joke…bye the way the next call will be you need a business plan per the foundation and the cost for that is $7,500 up front…and $7,500 when you get funding….You will be told you need to go open up a checking account as an S corp ect….that the foundation will contact you directly to make the wire transfer deposit. Steve figured out i was on to him and hat is why he had Victor call me to try and “handle” me….more promises of funding in January…the pooor foundations have the money but the IRS won’t let them release it because they have reached their limit….last month it was interest rates dropped so much the foundations were hanging on to the funding so as to have more time to earn interest and have more funding for December. I’m not a stupid person but since July I guess I have been….I gave my word I would post the good the bad and the ugly…I have…..I gave them the benefit of the doubt….which I”m sure others will do even with these blogs….When the other Deb and I started…they checked out with the state, the sheriffs office, had testimonials on their web site all seemed legit….
Bruce, Bill did give me your message I left you my private number last night with your operator…..God Bless all of you and sorry for your financial losses and most importantly your very dreams and soul beging raped!!!!!!!!!!!!
p.s. sorry for any or all mis-spellings above….i’m just over wrought…distressed, pissed, emotional, devasted…there are not words to describe the 6 months of hell I have been through….
HI BRUCE, THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME KNOW ABOUT RIP OFF REPORT. I FILED THERE AS WELL…..I suggest everyone do the same. Best regards Debra in Florida

Original Report:
I started with Four Season Consulting supposed owner Victor Vazquez and all his lackies. They say they work with “Foundations” to provide grants. They guaranteed me verbally that they would obtain a grant for me and my business venture if I did the following: One pay $3,500 for the foundation to have a business analysis to provide the funding. Two Pay $7,500 up front for the foundation to have a business plan to provide the funding. I WAS GUARANTEED BY DOING THIS I WOULD RECEIVE THE FUNDING/GRANT FROM THE FOUNDATION/FOUNDATIONS THAT HAD APPROVED MY PROJECT. Three: Open an S Corp and checking account as foundation would then contact me with award letter and then would put the money in the S Corp checking account. Every month there was another reason the funding didn’t come in. My case manager Steve even got on the phone with my Realtor to let her know the funding was coming and me purchasing the land was legit. They will go to any lengths to make you believe this is REAL. I found out the hard way by my personal experience that this is in fact a RIP OFF, it is a SCAM. When I started there were no blogs to speak of, they seemed to check out. Their web page since July has been changed. The testimonials of supposed grant receivers all gone. I have filed a complaint with the FTC, and my credit card company. The $5,000 they had me wire to them is going to be more difficult to get back but I am working on it. They told me lie after lie after lie. Victor called me last night with the latest lie. There is no funding maybe next month. This is the story month after month after month. He denied giving me funding dates, he started denying everything. I do not know how they can still be in business. I hope this report stops someone else from the personal hell my family has been through for the last 6 months. If he go with them at the end you will feel like your very heart, mind, body and soul has been raped. It’s tragic it’s horrible.
it took me over 4 hours of research and finally i was directed to this blog i cant thank you guys ebough about the information. i too was called on this past monday and given the same sales pitch i am a small business owner and thought that it was to good to be true. bill hinsch i called you tonight and left a mnessage i am a resident of findlay ohio and also a real estate agent . i would love for you to call me abck because i would like to talk to you about the grant writers you have and see if maybe there is something they can do for me as well. as for four seasons they dont know that i have found this information so i plan on wasting as much time of theirs as i possibly can. its the least i can do since it seems that they have tried to scam all of you and many more im sure. thanks again for everyone who has blogged about this company and happy hunting and good luck in your future business. Again Bill Hinsch i called and left you a message with my phone number if you could call me back at your earliest i would appreciate it. thanks again Jason
Jason (and anyone else interested in contacting a legitimate grantwriter):
I recommend talking to this guy whom I’ve found to be highly credible, and the opposite from Victor Vazquez and his fraudsters at Four Seasons Consulting and Four Seasons Business Solutions:
John Porter, Ph.D., CGW
–
John G. Porter, Ph.D., CGW
Executive Director
American Grant Writers’ Association
PO Box 8481
Seminole FL 33774
Phone: 727-366-9334
Email: DrPorter@agwa.us
As you can see, John is the Exec. Director of the American Grant Writer’s Assoc.
here is the website for them:
http://www.agwa.us/
Go down that road instead of the bogus Four Seasons road is my recommendation. Soon Victor will need to close up shop due to this negative press both here and on Ripoff Report, and he will just open another scam, and we’ll begin anew.
If anyone out there has actually gotten money from any of Victor Vazquez’s operations, I’d like to know it (Victor, if you are monitoring these posts it would be in your ineterest if you could dig up even one you’ve helped and encourage them to call me.)
Write me or call me here:
wdh011655@gmail.com
or
419 819-8338
I will thoroughly check it out and if proves to be legitimate I will report here in this blog.
Thanks and best wishes in your search for grant money. Call John Porter, and likewise if you find him credible and helpful to you, let me know and I will also report that here.
Bill Hinsch
As promised I did have a conversation with a Ronald Jacobson, a senior consultant for the company FOUR SEASONS BUSINESS SOLUTION (according to him). As i brought up all the information i found from researching this company i explained to him that i was not comfertable giving them 3500 dollars and that i wanted to them to front the full 7 thousand and that i would sign a contract to pay them after the grants were dispersed. he was against all of that and told me “that will nbever happen” as we continued our phone conversation he also told me that the other guy that was posting negative feedback about them was a “disgruntled ex-employee that was fired from the company”. as i began to question him about the back ground of the company he told me that he worked for four Seasons Business Solutions for 4 years. this was odd because the company is only 2 years old. Later in the conversation he then tried to tell me that he said he only worked there for 2 years and that i mis understood him. i than asked him who the C.E.O. of the company was and he told me ” I beleive it is Victor Vazquez” i then asked how many employees worked there and he said “30″ How does a senior consultant of 4 years not know who the C.E.O. of a small 30 employee company is? As he became more and more defensive and angry i then explained to him that i was in contact with other who have worked with his company as clients but he refused to answer any questions about them claiming the “1974 Privacy act” would not allow him to divuldge information. I then asked how he came across my Cell phone number and he said that they received it from companies that put together reports fron all of the grant oranizations and send it to them. This is odd because the number they called me on is a personal cell phone and the number is only 2 months old and not in any way connected to my company. As we neared the end of the conversation i explained to him that i had recoreded the conversation and that i was not mistaken and that the answers he gave me were incorrect and that was probably because he was not expecting me to ask this line of questions. he then became very angry and hung up on me. Now he also explained to me that the BBB in las vegas in a “Al Capone ran company” and that the Las Vegas BBB was falsly giving them a C+ rating for no reason so they asked to be removed from the BBB. He also saids that they were pending a Law Suite Agains the BBB. As i am sure that they monitor this website as well i want Victor to know that since i am a Nice guy and that i do fall under the “Freedom of Speech” right i will be posting my expeirence in as many places on the web that i can find. not to “slander” your company but just to let others know of my expeirence withh your company! Also i will be looking into the laws of publishing my recoreded conversation with your Senior Executive ,Ronald Jacobson as im sure that since i told him that i was recording the conversation right when i answered the phone when He called Me this morning December 9th 2010 @ 11:29 am EST and the conversation lasted 28 minutes. If anyone has any question about this please feel free to email me at JKACORD@YAHOO.COM
HI All and HI new guy Jason…yes they all are very good at their lines…when they called the other Deborah they told her that her case is different than mine, but not to worry she would have her Grant Money 1st. Quarter…When they called me they said the same thing….Yes, I also checked into Freedom Of Speech as long as it’s the truth it is not considered Slander. I’m glad you recoreded your converstation in Florida it is illegal…which sucks…cuz my converstations were sooo good…We Promise this We Promise that.. No Worries the money is coming in. I hope many others read these post. It’s not again NOT to be malicious but to tell the TRUTH…….NO we all on here are not X employees….they did have an ex employee starting stuff….BUT, they faxed me the restraining order which I verified with the sheriff’s Dept. in Las Vegas. So I figured everything else must be true since the police were involved….Boy was I wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!……
After tonight I won’t be blogging for a week….gotta take care of some business…All my best to all of you..I know it’s hard to give up and realize you’ve been scammed…they tortured me and my family for 6 months with false promises ect. Take Care and will be back next week…all my best Debra in Florida…a real person that has spoken to some of you…Merry Christmas…I will say one more thing and believe me it is not for sympathy…it’s not..it’s to share the reality of not only the emotional toll but the finanical….My Family is NOT having Christmas…WHY? We have to dig out of the financial hole we got into with Four Season. I was not wise when I wired the first $5,000…But, Im working on it…I will be looking into other avenues for funding of my project my dream and my families dream is still there. Ok by now…Debra
@ Debra i’ m glad to hear that you will be looking into other avenues for funding and happy to hear that you will be pursuing your dreams however my heart goes out to you for waht you have been through these last 6 months. if its any consolation your story on here i believe will help others not to make the same mistakes we have. for all the new readers i to have been scammed we got taken for $ 2,500 dollars. God bless to all and merry christmas…
hello all;
I first received an automated call from Four Season Consulting two years ago, pressed the number requested and was speaking to a person right away who told me that I was approved for $570,000. It sounded too good to be true so I forgot about it. next year same thing. I dismissed it; there aint no free lunch. This year in August I received a call from a Dean Churchill who said he is in quality control. He asked me why I haven’t taken advantage of this opportunity, just pay the $3,500 fee and all will be taken care of, it’s simple, no problem, the money is as good as mine, while speaking with him he said that companies which provide funds get a two for one credit on their corporate taxes and that his firm gets a 10% kicker after funding. It seems to be a win win across the board. He was very persuasive and convinced me to give it a try. So here I am. waiting/hoping. To date: so far so good, I’m scheduled for december funding, everyone has been professional and courteous. But I don’t get it; WHY would this company scam anyone? when the real money is in actually funding people, they stand to make $57,000 for doing basically nothing. From Mr. Churchill I was transferred to a lady named Geraldine who has been my contact during the analysis phase, I just received my business analysis yesterday 12/10/10: it is obviously a simple repeated format given to all applicants with my numbers plugged in. And as mentioned by someone above it pointed out weak points in my business which need improving. For which they offer a service of course. The analysis also stated that the majority of funding goes to businesses with a business plan. It worries me that no one mentioned anything of a business plan which they state is a basic need, it worries me more that these folks also have copy of my schedule C which contains sufficient information for identity theft. I see we’re all dealing with different people; how many people does this business employ?? would be interesting to get their federal employer ID #… I’m scheduled to call Geraldine monday regarding my business analysis… we’ll see…..
being self employed has it’s benefits though, if this is a rip off/scam; it’s also a write-off. It is after all, a BUSINESS grant.
I see people losing $5-12,000, which really isn’t so bad considering…. any one ever deal with a bad stock broker?? talk about losing money.. thank goodness for amortization on my 1040.
A client of mine, much against my recommendation, engaged Four Season’s services. Four Seasons told them that they were highly confident that they could get them a $1,000,00+ grant. I told my client that they are crazy to think someone is going to give them that kind of money. My client was also told that the grantors don’t do any oversight. You get the money and do what you want with it.
Have you ever heard anything more ludricrous? Over a million dollars with no oversight, a business document that doesn’t say in any detail what the business is about, no description in the use of proceeds on what the money is needed for, no biographies on the principals of the company.
The topper at the very end says the company only has a 65% chance of succeeding and then they make a sales pitch to do a business plan. What a come on. A prospective donor reading that would think are you guys kidding? It’s an insult to send this to any foundations and grant organizations.
The grant proposal was atrocious and a massive boiler plate product. The document said very little about their business. Had made up financial numbers that was pulled out of the air, false and grossly inaccurate. The first 65 pages of this 100+ page document was absolutely nonsense of charts and definitions that is probably in every proposal they do. There was no brief summary outlining the business opportunity that would get someone’s interest. It wasn’t until page 66 that there was the slightest mention of what the business was about.
A grant agency wants a concise document not something that is a bunch of filler paper. With a 100+ page document Four Seasons can easily claim that they provided the service if someone tries to get a refund.
Four Seasons is clearly a scam. They won’t give any references because they say they can’t due to the 1974 Privacy Act. Which is nonsense. Why would anyone lay down their hard earned money without some references. There are ways to document references and just redact the private information at the very least.
It also appears that some of the principals of Four Seasons were involved in other similar companies that were previously shut down.
I can see from the above that complaints have been lodged with the FTC, BBB and possibly the Attorney General of Nevada.
I am about to file some myself.
4 SEASON BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS A COMPLETE SCAM !!!!!! THEY TOOK ME FOR OVER 3500 DON’T BE A FOOL !!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL NEVER GET YOU A FIME OR REFUND YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I PROMISE YOU THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CALL YOUR LAWYER AND ACCOUNTANT AND ASK THEM IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE ME ! THEY WILL NEVER GET U A DIME IN FUNDING.
On May 6, 2010 Thomas Angeles wrote on this blog that he was a satisfied former employee of Four Season.
He also said “They do not even put you through the extensive training until after you’ve been with them 2 weeks. The training that they sent you too is in Los Angeles at the Grantsmanship Center this is their website http://www.tgci.com.”
I contacted the Grantsmanship Center and they searched their data bases and alumni records and found nothing for Thomas Angeles or Four Season Consulting. Moreover, they do not have 2 week trainings. The longest is one week. I have an email confirming the above.
Appears to be another example of Four Season attempting in a deceptive way, which is their practice, to spin a positive light on their operation.
Sorry, didn’t work.
Well its not over for me!
I’m going to get my money back. YOU HEAR ME STEVE?
Dear victims of this SCAM. How about class action on this? Attorney general will pay more attention to letter signed by many. I am sure that there are many of folks who lost money to 4 seasons. Please comment. Thank you. Avalon.

Hi Avalon
I am an advocate of more is better. A class action could be expensive and require an attorney. Maybe a combined filing with a summmary of the issues accompanied by signed affidavits from those who were victims and from those who did their own investigation into Four Season and concluded that they were a scam, engaged in deceptive practices and decided against retaining Four Season.
I am gratified to see all of you that are interested in exposing and shutting down FSC.
Another option is to contact Channel 13 or 8 TV stations and see if consumer protection teams (I Teams) would be willing to help investigate. If they will put their resources to work, it could go a lot faster. Just a thought.
Hello All. Where do we start? I am in. Just let me know if there anything I can do to stop this company from ripping off small business owners.
I like the idea of calling TV stations. I think that TV channel will pay attention if many will call. Let me know when should we call Channel 8 and 13. Thanks again.

HI Everyone it’s the two Debra’s in Florida…We both were scammed by Four Season. Steven ARcuri is great at his job…he even had me praying for him when he had the flu…and when his dog had eye surgery…I’m sure he and Victor were laughing there asses off…..WE are in for a class action or whatever anyone else wants to do. I have been out of town so could not post…FIRST if you wired money to the Wells Fargo bank…contact them there is already an open fraud investigation going at this time that I filed on my behalf….phone is 702-360-2789 if you wired the money to the Wells Fargo. The address is 6885 East Lake Mead Blvd. Las Vegas, NV. 89156..make a copy of all emails and send a letter explaining how the fraud occurred. Make it to the Attention of Bank Manger/Fraud division. Second what I have done is filed Fraud with my Credit card…I also attached on each complaint cover letter my FTC complaint number along with all of yours. I also printed all the pages of SCam radar and attached this as well. They each received a very thick envelope.
My next step is contacting the State Of Nevada Department of Business and Industry who issued Four Seasons LLC’s. the number is 702-486-2750…..they also issued a top fraud scam alert for Las Vegas…Number 4 is Government Grant Scams…I know Four Season said the money was coming from foundations…to me it’s just word play…..there is an email regarding this Scam alert it is edaniels@business.nv.gov I intend to send an email with the link to Scam Radar…..
So yes I”ve been busy the other Deborah has done the same with all her credit cards. We are both in, with whatever legal means everyone wishes to pursue.
After Christmas I will set up an email account that I can post here for everyone.
GOD BLESS and Merry Christmas…..
Debra in Florida again,
PS. Is there a way we can all write one letter get it signed by all of us get copies with everyones signatures ect.? Just thinking out loud. If you give your credit card company a letter signed by 20 people swearing to the same it would have more impact. Just have not figured out how to execute that.
ok yak at everyone later….
Debra

Everyone,
I highly recommend that we setup an email list for those who have been victimized by Four Seasons and not posting information here. That way we can keep things confidential.
We can establish an email list once those affected can demonstrate that they have been victims.
I would be happy to setup. Just send me your email info if I haven’t contacted/spoken to you yet.

Hello Everyone, my name is Claire and I believe I was a victim of this scam. After reading all these blogs I have realized my story is just like all of yours. My representative was Rosa Zuniga, I first wired her $3500 and later got called saying I needed more. I then sent a check for $7500. Needless to say that was life savings thrown in the hands of these people who were selling me dreams. I will email everyone on this blog because I too would like to see them pay for all the damages they have caused my family.
Please add me to the mailing list and/or class action suit claire95350@ymail.com

I’m so thankful to everyone for their posts here. I have been contacted relentlessly by Four Seasons over the past few days about these “grant opportunities”, and obviously in these times, everything that sounds too good to be true, typically is. I’ve certainly been reluctant to get excited about potential free money for my business, given the kind of pitch I got on my first phone conversation, but I like to keep an open mind, even if I am a bit jaded by nature. However, having finally gotten the “contract” today to review, I found it to be a joke considering how much money they are asking I send them for their “services”, which are vaguely outlined at best. I took it upon myself to research them online before responding to the contract, and found on the BBB’s website that they have had their BBB accredited status revoked due to complaints they haven’t responded to. I also found this blog which has further solidified my decision not to work with them. I do know that grants exist for small businesses, and it’s a shame that this company is taking advantage of what could be a legitimate service and just ripping people off instead of helping them, as they claim to do.
I’m so sorry to all of you who have lost money to this company, but I want you to know that your voices HAVE helped protect someone else from going through the same nightmare you have been through. Thank you for going public with your complaints and I wish you the best of luck in your class action suit!

Well you said the notable 6 words “sounds to good to be true”….a statement that many have made of their experience with Four Season.

Hi,
I’ve REALLY appreciated reading through this feed…. at first, I was of the opinion that Four Seasons was getting the bad rap from someone with a ‘tude, writing under different pen names…… but since reading a little further, I’ve decided not to go ahead and fund Four Seasons the $3500… I was pre-approved for $465,000 and was assured that by march I would have the money if I work hard, and we get the paper work all done in time……I guess I won’t know for sure if they are legitimate or not until a friend of mine receives her money or not, since in this day and age people can create almost anything online, and even in person… but, for now, I’m grateful for those of you that have posted you stories…… I’m sure you have saved me $3500 in borrowed money!
Thank You!
Miriam
HI me Debra in Florida….I’m sooo grateful that people are reading these blogs and understanding it’s not one person under different names…I can assure you we as in the people above are in touch and coordinating although we live in different states….When I first started it all seemed legitimate You can know it is true it’s a scam…They prey on your dreams…they prey on your family, your finances, your bank account. If all these posts were here when I first started I would NOT have proceeded with them….I told Four Season that if they were real I would shout it from the roof tops even let them video my venture and I would give testimony…I told them that if they were lying and it is a FRUAD I will keep blogging to stop others from being hurt as my family has been hurt.
Four SEason has no soul….they got a Reverend to do an interview…a man of GOD trying to expand his church and help others….he did there testimony and they put it on the web page….He never got his money….since this has all started the web page has been changed and testimonials taken off….so BELIEVE me I wish all this information was available.,…and Believe me they are laughing and taking in money from people who have not read this every day…..They will close up shop and open under a different name with the same shit…..
HOw they got me is I know there are grants out there….I’ve heard of people getting grants…they think the people applying for the grants with then are greedy and deserve it….it’s the opposite they are greedy lying predators…..My family put everything on the line to go forward with this and go after our dream of preserving land and helping the community..it was not about greed…
My family was going to start a working cattle ranch, preserve land, hire disable people, have streeming live video for class rooms to log into and see how a ranch is run, pasture managment, how important it is to have agriculture in the community, to preserve our natural resources. We were going to expand on the bottom acreage for the homeless….contribute beef to the food banks and homeless shelters….ohhhh we had so many plans….
my finances and health are in ruins. My family is devastated…..Stay away from them…like I said none of this was available when I and the others started…you have the information now…Don’t let them hurt you and your family like they have us….All my best Debra….
P.S. all those who are coordinating off line will be in touch with some GREAT news regarding the investigation…..
Miriam
I suggest that you have your friend contact me.

Hi folks! I wish I would’ve read this blog sooner. Here I am, another victim of Four Seasons Business Solutions. I’ve been in business for 28 years in Florida. We’ve been struggling to keep our doors open because of this rough economy. I obviously jumped at the opportunity to receive grant money to help my company expand. That’s what these crooks promised me. I was contacted by Alyssa Alvarez and told me to send my $3,500 to start the whole process. Well everybody knows the rest of the story… unfortunately! They called me a few weeks later and told me I met the same criteria for a company that had “fallen out of granting” and that now I was going to receive $570,000 instead of the $350,000 I was originally “approved for”. Here’s the catch! I had to send $15,000 for a business plan!
Its crazy how these guys got away with this for so long! I thought I was smart enough to do my research! i feel very stupid.
I spoke to Bill and he directed me to Gary Abreim who was also very helpful. Ive contacted the FBI and I am still waiting for his call back..
the funny thing about all this is that I am just finding this out. I guess i am one of the lucky ones who just sent $3500 and not a penny more!
thank you all for posting your stories, i want justice just like everyone here! at this point I could care less about getting my money back, I would just like to see ALL these crooks behind bars!!!!!!!!!
Is there a suit stated for this? I am out of 3500 and want justice. Please respond back with contact info as I would like to be added. I am beyond pissed. Luckily my daughter and her boyfriend looked this up for me and found this site. I should have done my research, however, I am stuck in my old school ways and didn’t. I believed these people and want them to go down. I feel so ashamed and a little helpless at this point.
My contact info is jannossy@aol.com. Please email with any new info is a class action suit was started.
Thanks!

I last posted on 12/11/10.
I just got off the phone with Advanced Business Advisors Group, also in Nevada.
The man says he knows the people at 4 season. All shady, all lazy. There actually is money in this for them, and us; but they would simply rather not do the work. They have filed for bankruptcy, and will be closing their doors asap. They are also starting a new company, same mo, different name. Be careful.
Does anyone have any info on Advanced Business Advisors Group?
N1960
ripped off for $3000
Obviously a scam… I’ve been away from this forum for a while, but back to give an update. My friend went through with the process and figured out after the third request for more money that it was obviously a scam. Paid the initial fee by credit card, so his was an easy solution. Called CC company and informed them of what was going on, charges reversed and no harm done thankfully. Strange thing is, he recently received a call stating that one of their other clients had dropped out, so funding was immediately available… if only he could pay them another $3k. They were apparently unaware that they no longer had the original fee.
I had asked for proof of fraud several weeks ago and got to see it first hand. It’s too bad so many have shared similar experiences.
Dear All. First of all we are not the same person. I never worked at 4 seasons. Please e-mail eeonomer@aol.com if you need to contact me. Victims need to organise.
second: I plan to visit Vegas offices of 4 seasons very soon as I recodred all the sales calls from 4 seasons, so all the empty promises are on tape. I am not coming alone. I guess that FBI will be very interested in these tapes. Sales folks told me (within 3 days!) that many donors are very interested in my proposal and probability is very high in getting a grant from hundreds of potential donors. My contract was signed for 12 month and expired now. I did not receive any letters or calls from 4 seasonts yet about $ from hundreds of donors who apploved my prposal.
third: Time is up 4 seasons. So, please deliver what you promised or pay my $ back. i give you one week. 4 seasons will loose more $ If we will have to go through class action process. Thanks.
WARNING: Dear All, you have much more chance in winning some $ in Vegas casino instead of wasting your $ with 4 season crooks. Yes, I am coalling you crooks and you deserve it 4 seasons. I am surprised that 4 seasons is still in business. This is the USA folks! Some government branch should watch these scammers and be able to open their books, and see that no one received any grant $ AWARDS yet. There are probably many of visctims and this is why 4 season is still in business.
Avalon,,,,Four Seasoning Scam consulting is no longer doing business at that location. They have`nt been there for months.Dont waste your time .They are most likely running under another firm name by now.The world is becoming full of these type of SHIT BAG people.I know there are more peoplr out there that have`nt come forth because they are still unaware that they were ripped off for their hard earnded money.
Hello All,
N1960 claimed that Four Season Consulting has filed bankruptcy but I checked Pacer and could not find that filing. Could this person provide a Case# or the name that this bankruptcy was filed under?
I have two clients who have been scammed by this entity, Four Season.
Class Action is a great idea that I plan to formulate….perhaps by setting up a website…if there is enough of a demand, this could very well become a possibility.
The same “officers” (beside that firm in CA) have set up new entities in NV:
Monte Carlo Investments
3227 Meade Ave
Las Vegas, NV 89102
11:11 Marketing Concepts
1505 Divinity St
Las Vegas, NV 89142
other addresses for Victor E Vazquez include:
2698 Windy Breeze Ct.
Las Vegas, NV 89142
My Best wishes to all the victims
A class action in my opinion is a waste of time. There is no one there to file against.
I suggest that people put pressure on law enforcement to take action.
I too got taken for the 3500. People have mentioned that if you paid with a credit card it was easy to get your money back but I havent had good luck with that. I did pay with a credit card but my card says it was to long ago. I am in the process of writing my cc company a letter. Any ideas?
I see you have Victor Vazquez address in Las Vegas. I am going to be out there soon maybe I will pay him a personal visit and collect my 3500. I am almost certain the shit bag will write me a check if I show up at his door.
My private investigator has given me the following information. They are operating under the name ” Monetech Group Holdings” They have a phony name under the secretary of state so that people don’t link the companies, there website is http://www.monetechgroupholdings.com call them request your money back, I am. I will also go to the FBI with this information. Apparently Jason is “Steve” They scammed me out of $15,000 dollars. There phone number is on their website. Go after their personal assets! I AM. They stay on sahara and paseo del padre..I will keep you all posted. I want to join the class action law suit. They took me for a ride, KNOW i will take them for a ride!
Call the FBI from Las Vegas Nevada. Watch the youtube video on four seasons offices up above, i believe bill posts it. then walk up to their office and you’ll see the same people. I am getting my $15,000 back! If it is the last thing I do. I lost my house, and my business believing in this scam. Call the FBI so that they can build a case against these scam artist Victor Vazquez, Pier Ramos, Belidia Munoz…Belidia verified my credit card..she’ holds all the accounts, I am guessing someone there said she was in charge of accounting.
Thank you. My attorney just gave me the same information. You beat me to it. I was just going to post that. We had to hire a private investigator too. He has been inside their offices. And has reported back. I am too going to the FBI. Debra call me.
In researching a grant writing service, Business Acumen Inc. out of Las Vegas, NV sounds very similar to Four Seasons. Payment upfront, business plan, website, and a “guarantee” that if they don’t get at least HALF of the grant money requested, they will continue to work for me for free until they get it. The individuals that have been constantly interrupting me on the phone when I try to ask questions about their service have given me the names, Michael Johnson, Supervisor Randall Robinson, (both at phone # 702-506-0890)and Todd Richardson (702-788-9880) I am told I will receive a fax that will impress me since the first one was simply a few pages showing they had no complaints with the BBB. (They do now and have a “F” rating.) I told them I would need more than that to consider investing that kind of money with their company. I searched ‘Business Acumen Las Vegas’ with Google and found one site called answers.com that seemed to have a similar string of comments to this site. I wish you all good luck. I am in financially dire straits as well and was considering giving them a shot. The emotions and hopes they prey upon are our weaknesses and even after reading this entire posting, there is something inside me that still wants what they promise to be true. Frightening, isn’t it?
Michael in Wisconsin
MIchael
Business Acumen is the former Four Seasons….scams.
You are crazy to send them one dime.
Micheal, dont do it, there are so many cases in Las Vegas of low life scammers, the ones in the worldt hat can`t earn their money honstly, hard work is not what they do….lazy & dishonest. YES VICTOR and your clan are bad bad people. Micheal check all your sourses, contact the F.B.I., see if they have any informayion on them.Dont give any money,,,unless you have so much, chances of losing it are very high in Las Vegas. THINK Las Vegas

SOMEDAY VICTORADAM>LYNN> DIRTY PEOPLE YOU ARE
Anyone heard of Advanced business advisors group? I think we are being scamed too. We have talked with a Micheal Bishop and Farley Vest. Please let me know if you have spoken to these people.
Oh people, I am adding my name to the ever growing list of “clients” that Monetech Consulting seems to have. My journey started in May of this year with an initial investment of $2000, not including postage. Only to be hit up every quarter for what seems to me astronomical amounts of money these guys seem to think I have laying around. Well my suspicion was finally heighten by the last phone call 2 days ago from a company I did not agree to do business with (Millennium Consulting) who said that my file was “passed” to them to finish. I was asked for an additional $7800 (on the spot) before they would send the “details” and “conditions” of my funding requirements. When I passed on the initial “offer”, I guess they sent in the big guns to convince me to keep on track for another 30 days because I assured them that I had the money, I just was uncomfortable with the knee jerk, last minute cries for money. So I feel I have pushed this to the limit. It is the beginning of a new year, and I don’t want to continue in “sucka” mode. I have spoken directly to some of you here only to find my story is VERY common. I feel bad for us all, but the coming new year, with hope will bring our dreams back. I hate people who just want to still our dreams because really, it is who we are and there is nothing wrong with that. I am willing to pursue legal action and I am doing what I can right now to find out and report back what may be constructional advice for us all. I wish you all a safe new year celebration, stay strong, because I refuse to let this crap get the best part of me. Most people say that is my smile…..smile
Be well, Lynne
Hi Lynne,
Sorry you have become part of the club. They got me for $10,500…..I was able to fight the dispute with the credit card company….it took 6 months…I got some back. It hurt my budget bad. If you paid with a credit card fight it. They will send papers to the credit card company that you have never seen…they are good at what they do. Escallate it to the top levels with credit card company if you paid with credit card…that will be your only salvation. Other than that you are just plain screwed…..if you wired money it is gone and there is NOTHING you can do about it. The police, the FBI, no one does a damn thing they just keep changing business names and locations. Even the employees change their names when you are talking to them. Steven Arcuri is still there but using another name. ALSO YES TYPING IN BOLD: THIS IS A NEW SCHEME THEY ARE USING!!!!! check this out..another “FIRM” will call you telling you that for $2,500 they can get your money back for you or make the grant go through……it is the SAME people….They are actually representing themselves as a law firm in some cases. Recovery specialist in others…BELIEVE me it is the same people….They called my friend that also got taken by them…she recognized STEVE ARCURI’s voice and said HI Steve…..he hung up……so my friend they got us all GOOD and there is NOTHING you can do about it…..accept to move on and try to WARN others…All my best and God Bless for the new year….Keep going after your dreams….
Got a call today from Officer Hernandes with the FBI. Sounds like they are ready to make an arrest. The issue is he can’t be located. He asked me if I know the name of the business or any information to help locate him. Sooo, help me out, if anyone knows the whereabouts, post it here or send me an email. Let’s get this guy.
Hey Larry Deb in Florida here…. you mean to tell me the FBI can’t find them… REally???? last year we had addresses ect…now they can’t be found…. truly I don’t think the FBI really cares…look at what they have been allowed to do over and over. Good Luck is all I can say. With the resources the FBI has with Drivers License social etc….tax returns, business licenses….come on….WE all got screwed and others will get screwed and there is nothing we can do about it….
period end of story.
Larry
Thats really stupid,The F.B.I. hasnt done shit.If they were really on it, they had all the information, like Deb said.If I had done something half as evil as these crooks I would be in jail.Las Vegas is DIRTY with over 50 cases of scammers cases known of.
Deb there is no end yet, someday they will get whats coming.
I agree with Penny. The FBI in Las Vegas hasn’t done a thing and they have been supposedly working on this for 2 years now knowing that hundreds if not more people have been scammed. I told the FBI agent, Gene Tierney, a long time ago that all they needed to do was send someone in undercover to work as a salesperson and do a sting like they do all the time…..like duh. I suspect that they might be as corrupt as the scammers.
