Email received on 09/25/2009

I received an email from Ming Yang today, and represents himself to be Operations Manager for the bank, for the purpose of proposing a business deal with me. Requesting that I respond to his urgent request. Stating that this business transaction would be benificial for us both. He does not state how only to resdpond to his email. Which he gives as:
mr.mingyang0009@live.com.

I have turned this information over to the IC 3 Unit of the FBI.
