With reference to case file KPC/9040118301/08 The Lagos Inland Revenue Commission hereby inform you as the parcel with order No EC932373096US couriered by US Postal Service for delivery outside the Nigeria, was submitted for Customs routing inspection at the Lagos International Airport LN/HERT).

Your parcel has not been released for delivery due to General Export Controls and Entry Restrictions on High Value Shipping outside the Nigeria West Africa.

Your package containing a ATM card requires a Custom Tax Clearance Certificate.

Certificate processing fee payment for the procurement of a High Value Tax Clearance Certificate is required by the consignee to facilitate issuance of the Custom Tax Clearance Certificate by the Lagos Inland Revenue Commission for the release of your parcel.

Photocopy of your international passport or your drivers license.

The consignee is responsible for giving correct information to the Nigeria Inland Revenue Commission. Incorrect information can lead to penalties, confiscation or delay of release of parcel.
