I bought a car in Oct 2008 from Luxury Autos Of Queens. Since the 1st day itself i am facing so many problems which i told to the dealer during the first 2 free services but they have did nothing about it. When the problems became life threatening i contacted Newman Bruce but i have been getting just emails from them with no action. Post my complaint and i got a call from the dealer to check what complaints i have. They kept the car with them for 2 days but most of the problems still persist.I again complained but nothing happened & they said they are reopening the case. Post that nothing has happened. The list of my problems are endless with the 1st being life threatening & i have been saved from accidents 5 times just by God’s grace. The problems are :
1. While driving the car just shutss off & i loose all controls. The car just stops in the middle of the road. This happens everyday & i just drive in constant fear. This is very dangerous as there is no control on the car inlcuding break as everything is controlled electronically.
2. Nagging sound from Dashboard
3. Very hard Gears
4. While changing gears there is a very loud noise
5. The boot lid makes a big noise while closing
6. When we use vipers the water come on the driver’s side window.
I strongly suggest not to buy anything from Luxury Autos Of Queens. These people are THE WORST.

Don’t go anywhere near this place or the owner. I test drove two cars there. One smelled like flood damage, the other had an issue with the differential. When I said I didn’t like either, the owner “Vinny” said don’t come back. When I said the was unprofessional, his reply was “well, it’s ok b/c I make a lot of money”. That I should go to major world instead?! My wife didn’t even want to be in his presence as he was aggressive and kicked the license plate holder when he had to put a dealer plate on to test drive a car. I highly recommend looking anywhere but Luxury Autos Of Queens. I purchased a car from a nearby dealer instead. STAY CLEAR, especially of Vinny.
