I recieved a email about mystery shopper. I filled out the required information which was my name and address. They replied back saying that I was approved and would be recieving $400.00 a week plus expense and whatever I bought I go to keep. Sounded good to me. About 3 weeks later I recieved another email from them saying that I would be recieving a check via fedex the next morning and to inform them when i recieved it. Well it came and I sent them a email saying that I did. They told me to cash it and send the remander ( minus my $400.00 and charges) to someone else. So i did what they said and went on with my day. A week later the check came back as a fraud and now i’m out $1900.00 and the place that cashed the check is treating to put me in jail because of it. I got intouch with the company on the check and they said that about 2 months ago someone got their bank information and have been doing this. And i also got intouch with the person that the fedex package came from. She said that she didnt know how those people got her information and that I wasnt the first person to contact her. As a matter of a fact that lady was put in jail because of someone else doing this. That lady lived in California, the company that the check was from is in Illinois, and the guy that was emailing me said he was from New York…
