I received the same email today and the name was displayed as Pastor Jim. I hope he is not scamming innocent church people.
He also has another email address to reply to:

I also recieved this same email from pastor Jim with the same omegasavingsandloans_ltd@msn.com I think they are just fishing for peoples personal info BEWARE dont respond!!!!!
I got this but he goes by Dr. Richard Buhay and he sent me a picture ID card showing Omega Savings And Loan Ltd. 11a Green St, Upton Park , London E13 9AR. I don’t know how to confirm this address. He said his web page in under maintenance.
i recieved the same email and paid the deposit using my mothers credit card now this jerk is saying that he didnt speak to my mother
