NATIONWIDE FINANCIAL PARTNERS SCAMMED ME!!

I was a Property Solutions AKA Mortgage Crisis Solutions client, it seems they operate under a new name Nationwide Financial Partners and I was solicited by Flynn a few weeks ago to join their ‘New Program’. I have been talking to Hector over there prior to all this new business idea Nationwide Financial Partners about getting my money back!! Property Solutions Specialists stole thousands of dollars from me and I want a REFUND!!! I visited their office and the door was closed with a note on it explaining they were ‘revamping their business model’.
What a crock this business is!! Flynn told me that they got some new attorney named Jeffrey Barnes and referred me to check out FORECLOSUREDEFENSENATIONWIDE.COM. Probably another scam attorney not worth two pennies! After I told them no I didn’t want to join, I then got a call later on from Don Gillette! Unreal, after reading all he has done to people this guy called me and wanted to strike a deal they were already suppose to take care of.
I was surfing around on Ripoffreport.com to come across this post NATIONWIDE FINANCIAL PARTNERS RIPOFF!! . I had NO IDEA all the things Don has done. Why is he not arrested yet? Anyways I have found a new Attorney and now I have Property Solutions new name and phone number Nationwide Financial Partners 305-716-4091 and I will have my attorney contact them for a refund ASAP!

Be forewarned that NFP Florida, Nationwide Financial Partners of Florida is Property Solutions Specialists AKA Mortgage Crisis Solutions MCSA. These scam artists have moved from one scam to another. Now they are doing a Mortgage ‘Unwind’ and trying to do loan modification afterwards. They still collect the upfront costs & monthly fees. A few of their old salesmen are over at the new office, Robert Fallacara “Bob”. These guys are total joke; the company is registered under Flynn Patrick McCarthy (Read Below). It had to be this way since Donald Robert Gillette’s name is totally scorned from this earth.
So on to a brief summary of each scam so far:
Flynn:
Don’s right hand man, he has been around for the MCSA scam and now onto the NFP of Florida scam. From this post on Ripoffreport.com you can see the association between MCSA and NFP of Florida and Flynn. NATIONWIDE FINANCIAL PARTNERS RIPOFF!! .
Donald Gillette:
Where to start? There is so much carnage your head will spin! His first scam called “FEDERAL CAREERS INSTITUTE” crash landed when the Attorney General put a stop to this sham awhile ago, read this link to see more. SCAMM!! .
His second scam was Property Solutions Specialists AKA MCSA Mortgage Crisis Solutions; you can only guess what happened to this one as well. Yup you guessed it ran into the ground stole millions of dollars from unsuspecting clients and not doing squat with their properties. Over half of the clients lost their homes do to the incompetence of this company. It was all about the money and how fast he could make a quick buck. Now the lawyers (First National Law firm) that used to represent MCSA clients are going after Don Gillette for all the unpaid monies due to them. DON GILLETTE . I’m sure at this point he will try to claim bankruptcy …
Scam number three is the one mentioned at the start of this article. NFP is trying to suck over existing clients from MCSA and sign them up with their new program. They are also actively seeking new clients and new sales guys. I hope at least some of the sales guys see this post and just know you will NEVER be paid, take it from an ex sales guy there it won’t happen. It will always be an excuse why he can’t pay you or some agreement that you had that never existed.
