Yerasoft website design – Buyer Beware!

Our company needed our website redone in 5 weeks, and interviewed several companies. Yerasoft was hired to redo website. I called at 6 weeks, asked why no one had called yet to even discuss the design, and was told they were running 6-8 weeks. I called the 9th week, asking why had no one called to let me know of any problems, and was told they were running 8-10 weeks. The 11th week I again had to initiate calling and pursuing and they said it was in production, and would be done the following week. In the fourth month, no one would return my calls. I gave an absolute deadline via phone message and e-mail. I checked the BBB and found they had 36 complaints against them. Five months after hire, two weeks after we fired them, they started trying to collect full payment of the website they never delivered. Buyer Beware!

Simple. I lost $2500.00 to Yerasoft/Glasstree. Product never delivered & no way to get it. See BBB.org for more details.

Hopefully, you’re reading this before hand instead of afterwards like myself.

Simple, sue them. When it boils down to it, Yerasoft will back down and cower under pressure. If you used a credit card, call them ASAP and start a chargeback. They will not and cannot complete even the simplest tasks. Ask for your project up front, THEN pay up. BUYER BEWARE!!!
