The Lighting Gallery (http://www.lightinggal.net/Shop/Control/fp/SFV/32476) at 7807 Inwood Road in Dallas is a fraudulent business. The domain name for this website is registered under GoDaddy.com, Inc by Bryan Roth (brynay@sbcglobal.net). His apparent wife, Renee M. Roth (lightinggal@sbcglobal.net), is also one in the same who is no pulling the same sham on similar items on ebay and ioffers.
After placing my order in which my credit card was immediately billed, I tried to register an account on the lightgal.net website to track my order, but this page did not work. I then emailed them to include my order number and item description as instructed, but never received that promised “quick and concise response.” In fact, I am yet to receive any response.
I have also made numerous calls and left several voicemails to no avail. To date, they have the money and I having nothing. I filed an on-line consumer complaint with the Texas Attorney General’s Office (D290666-401), the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission (21510556).

Have you been refunded?
What was the item?
I, too, am a victim of Lightinggal.com. I placed my order for a fan on December 18th, it is now FEB 7th & still no fan. We have emailed them COUNTLESS times & called COUNTLESS times. Once they answered the phone and said the item was out of stock when I still look TODAY on their website & it states the same fan is in stock & will be delivered 2-3 weeks. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. Totally avoid them at all costs..I wish I would have read the buyers previous complaint before ordering….oh well live & learn…
PS….I also see they DID have an eBay name & because of all of the recent NEGATIVES(people not receiving their items), they have been listed unregistered
