Dear eBay Member,

You might have received a mail sent to you earlier informing you that the transaction was cancelled or fraudulent. We have investigated and found that the buyer of your item is a genuine member of eBay so we advise you continue with the transaction due to concerns we have for the safety and integrity of the eBay community.

“Abusing eBay” of the eBay User Agreement states, in part:

“We may limit, suspend, or terminate our user, prohibit access to our website, remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the Site if we think that they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.”

This is to officially inform you that we have resolved the issue regarding the cancellation of the auction listing involving eBay Item purchased by eBay user Id: gabbahey321 (smandel04@hotmail.com). Further investigations prove that the buyer purchased item before an unauthorized party has access to the buyer’s account. We have now restored the account back to the owner. The owner wish to continue with this purchase and payment has been made securely via PayPal. We have been notified that fund has been deducted from the buyer’s account.

Note that the status of this payment is known to us. And we at eBay and PayPal have taken steps in securing both you and the buyer by verifying the postage shipping destination.

This is the PayPal and eBay verified shipping address :

Adewunmi Michael
5 Semi Sarumi St. Itire
Surulere,
Lagos 23401
Nigeria

In this regards you are required to ship out the item immediately and follow PayPal’s instructions by forwarding the shipping information for verification and once the verification process completed, your account will be credited instantly with the pending payment.

Failure to send out item within 24 hours will definitely lead to suspension of your eBay and PayPal accounts and a legal action will be taken against you and your membership on the eBay community.

Do not hesitate to get back to us if you have further questioning.

Regards,

Safeharbor Department
eBay, Inc.
